儿童免疫性血小板减少症联合治疗对血小板数量及免疫学指标的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of IVIG combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of children with（ITP）. Methods A total of 50 children with IPT were collected.They were randomly divided into two groups：IVIG combined with dexamethasone（combined treatment group）and dexamethasone alone（treated alone group）,with 25 patients in each group.Children in the combined treatment group were treated with IVIG combined with dexamethasone,and children in the single treatment group were treated with dexamethasone alone.The platelet count,immunological indexes（IgM,IgG and IgA）and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was judged. Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of single treatment group.The levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the single treatment group.The number of platelets in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the dexamethasone group alone,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The combination of globulin and dexamethasone has a fast onset and strong effect,which can quickly increase the number of platelets in children with IPT.The combined treatment method is worthy of further clinical research and application.
