肿瘤干细胞信号通路（PI3K/AKT）研究与进展

Abstract Cancer stem cells is a small cells group that could avoid radiotherapy and chemotherapy and has a strong self-renewal ability,it is a crucial reason for tumorigenesis,cancer progression,drug resistance and carcinoma palindromia,would be the principal way to cure cancers. PI3K/AKT is a significant signaling pathway correlated with cell proliferation and differentiation,which reported could modulate cancer stem cells self-renewal and fight off drug resistance caused by cancer stem cells,therefore,it is necessary to find out the relationship between PI3K/AKT pathway and cancer stem cells and explore a new way to cure cancers.
