| Effect of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy and Electrocoagulation on Postoperative Pregnancy of Endometrial Polyps |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy and electrocoagulation on postoperative pregnancy of endometrial polyps. Methods Eighty cases of endometrial polyp patients admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to odd-even numbering method.The control group was treated with electrocoagulation excision,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.The clinical indicators,VEGF level and pregnancy status of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and operative time between the two groups（P>0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VEGF level between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment,VEGF level in both groups was reduced,but the decrease in VEGF level in the observation group was more significant（P<0.05）.The pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the ectopic pregnancy rate and abortion rate were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy for the treatment of endometrial polyps is superior to electrocoagulation excision.The level of VEGF in the patient's body is improved,the fertility is good,and the curative effect is definite.
