Analysis of the Clinical Feasibility of Electron Bronchoscopic Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Children with Lobar Pneumonia in the Solid Phase |

Abstract Objective To investigate the feasibility of electron bronchoscopic alveolar lavage for the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia in the solid stage. Methods Selected 68 cases of lobar pneumonia in the solid stage of children as the research object,according to the numerical table method randomly divided into two groups,in which the conventional group to receive conventional drug therapy,electronic bronchoscopy group to receive electronic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage treatment,compare the efficacy of the two groups,fever time,cough time,temperature recovery time,the disappearance of the lung rales time.Comparison of inflammatory indexes and immune function indexes between the two groups. Results The efficacy of the electronic bronchoscopy group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the fever time,cough time,temperature recovery time,and the disa-ppearance time of lung rales in the electronic bronchoscopy group was shorter than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Levels of IL-6 and CRP decreased in both groups after treatment,with greater reductions observed in the electronic bronchoscopy group compared to the conventional group(P<0.05).Additionally,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratios were lower in the electronic bronchoscopy group than in the conventional group.Both groups showed reductions in CD4+/CD8+ ratios compared to their initial values,with the electronic bronchoscopy group demonstrating a more significant improvement.Furthermore,the CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratios were higher post-treatment than before treatment in both groups,and the electronic bronchoscopy group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion For children with lobar pneumonia in the solid stage,bronchoscopic alveolar lavage can effectively reduce symptoms,lower inflammatory response,promote the recovery of immune function,and has better efficacy.
