腹膜透析联合血液透析对尿毒症患者心功能及营养状态的影响观察

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of peritoneal dialysis(PD)combined with hemodialysis(HD)on cardiac function and nutritional status in patients with uremia.Methods 98 patients with uremia were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random numbering method,49 cases in each group.The control group were treated with PD only,and the observation group were treated with PD combined with HD.The changes of cardiac function and nutritional status in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin(Hb)and albumin(Alb)levels and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PD combined with HD can improve the cardiac function and nutritional status in patients with uremia.
