| Effect of Metoprolol Combined With Dopamine in the Treatment of Severe Heart Failure and Its Influence on Serum CysC,Hcy and BNP Levels |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with dopamine in the treatment of severe heart failure and its influence on serum cystatin C（CysC）,homocysteine（Hcy）and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）. Methods According to the coin toss method,86 patients with severe heart failure were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was given dopamine intravenous drip,and the observation group was given metoprolol on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy and serum indexes（CysC,Hcy,BN）of the two groups were compared P）And adverse reactions（bradycardia,palpitation,headache,vomiting）. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After one month of treatment,the levels of BNP,CysC and Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of BNP,CysC and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group（P>0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with dopamine in the treatment of severe heart failure can enhance the curative effect,inhibit the expression of BNP,CysC,Hcy,and does not increase adverse reactions.
