Analysis of Related Substances in Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection |

Abstract Objective To investigate the determination of related substances in dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection. Methods HPLC method was used as the raw material of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and the related substances in injection and the journal were tested,and the function and relationship of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and excipients as well as the composition of the journal were analyzed. Results The solvent was mobile phase,the two components' trailing factor,theoretical plate number and separation degree were higher in methanol solvent. The solvent was mobile phase. The theoretical plate number,trailing factor and separation degree of two components were higher than that of methanol solvent. Conclusion The technological improvement,strengthening quality control and effectively perfecting test data can create good value for the safe use of Dexamethasone Sodium Injection.
