| Clinical study on Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the Treatment of Depression of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type |

Abstract Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and summarize the clinical treatment experience.Methods 94 patients with depression diagnosed as liver depression and spleen deficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared Depression score and sleep quality score.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,HAMD score and PSQI score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）;After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,HAMD score and PSQI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）;The scores of TCM syndrome,HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Ganmai Dazhao Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency depression.They can significantly improve TCM syndrome,reduce the degree of depression and improve sleep quality.They have important clinical application value.
