| Effects of Capsular Bag Tension Ring Implantation Combined with Phacoemulsification on Anterior Chamber Depth and Angle size in Patients with Cataract |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of capsular bag tension ring implantation combined with phacoemulsification on anterior chamber depth and angle size in patients with cataract.Methods A total of 92 cataract patients were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cataract phacoemulsification,and the observation group was treated with capsular bag tension ring implantation on the basis of the control group.The patients were followed up for 3 months.The improvement of anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle,uncorrected visual acuity and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before operation and 3 months after operation.Results At 3 months after operation,the anterior chamber depth,chamber angle and uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups were all increased compared with those before operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.（P>0.05）.Conclusion Capsular bag tension ring implantation combined with phacoemulsification can improve the anterior chamber depth,angle and visual acuity of cataract with high safety.
