| Effect of Colostrum Oral Immunotherapy Combined with Probiotics on Gastrointestinal Function and Intestinal Flora in Premature Infants |

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with probiotics on gastrointestinal function and intestinal flora in premature infants.Methods 86 premature infantswere randomly divided into 2 groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention plus probiotics,and the observation group received colostrum oral immunotherapy.The effect and safety were observed,and the concentrations of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,secretory immunoglobulin A（sIgA）and immunoglobulin M（IgM）were observed after 2 days,1 week and 2 weeks of intervention.Results The recovery time of the observation group was relatively short,and the growth rate of body mass was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）,2.3,3%,18.60%,P<0.05）and（P<0.05）and SIgA and IgM after 1 week and 2 weeks,（P<0.05）.Conclusion Colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with probiotics intervention in preterm infants can regulate the intestinal flora,enhance their immunity,improve their gastrointestinal function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
