Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine on hemodynamics and analgesia in patients with lower extremity fracture surgery. Methods Selection 113 patients with lower limb fracture as the research object,by the simple randomized grouping were divided into group A(55 cases)and group B(58 cases),A group of patients to give simple,pp because anesthesia,B group of patients given small doses sufentanil joint ROM pp because anesthesia, compared two groups of patients with sensory and motor block, effect and maintain time records of two groups of patients with T1(before anesthesia),T2(2 h)after operation,T3(6 h)after surgery and T4(12 h)postoperative time points visual pain score(VAS),The changes of hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups at the above time points. Results The onset time of sensory block and motor block in group B was lower than that in group A,and the maintenance time of sensory block and motor block was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).VAS scores of patients in Group B at time points T2,T3,and T4 were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).In group B,HR and MAP at Time T2,T3 and T4 were lower than those in group A,and HR at time T3 in group A was higher than other time points in the same group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in lower limb fracture surgery can increase its hemodynamic stability, reduce circulatory system fluctuation, accelerate the onset time of block, prolong the maintenance time, and have significant analgesic effect, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
