Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nicergoline tablets combined with batroxobin in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods 94 TIA patients were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine + nicergoline tablets, and the observation group was treated with routine + batroxobin + nicergoline tablets, the treatment lasted for 2 weeks. The hemorheological indexes [whole blood viscosity(WBV),plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen(FIB)] and serological indexes [matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),angiotensin Ⅱ(ANG Ⅱ),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)] of the two groups before treatment and at 2 weeks of treatment were compared, and the times and duration of attack between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the levels of WBV,PV,HCT and FIB in both groups at 2 weeks of treatment were lower, and compared with the control group, the observation group was lower, with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);compared with before treatment, the levels of serum ANG Ⅱ,MMP-9 and VEGF in both groups at 2 weeks of treatment were lower, and compared with the control group, with statistical significant differences(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the times was fewer and duration was shorter of TIA in the observation group, with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Nicergoline tablets combined with batroxobin in the treatment of TIA can improve the hemorheology and serum indexes of patients, and can reduce the times of TIA and shorten the duration of symptoms.
