The Value of Real-time Ultrasound Elastography Combined with Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Cervical Space-occupying Lesions
Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with real-time ultrasound elastography technology in benign and malignant cervical space occupying lesions. Method 100 patients with cervical space occupying lesions were selected,all of whom underwent real-time ultrasound elastography and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination.Using pathological results as the "gold standard" to analyze pathological examination,single and combined examination results;Analyze the diagnostic value of single and combined examinations in cervical space occupying lesions and calculate consistency. Results Compared with single examination,the sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher in the diagnosis of cervical space-occupying lesions(P<0.05).Kappa test showed that the real-time ultrasound elastic imaging technology,joint examination and "gold standard" were in good agreement(kappa=0.817,0.955,P=0.000,0.000);The consistency between color Doppler ultrasound and "gold standard" is acceptable(kappa value=0.570,P=0.000). Conclusion The application of real-time ultrasound elastography combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical space-occupying lesions is of high value.The detection rate of benign and malignant lesions is high,and the consistency is strong.It is helpful for clinical diagnosis and worthy of popularization and application.
