Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of microplate internal fixation therapy,and to analyze the effect of this therapy on joint function and pain degree. Methods The patients selected 71 patients with hand and foot fractures for retrospective study,which was divided into the reference group(35 patients treated with Kirschner integration) and the study group(36 patients treated with microplate internal fixation),compared the Broberg and Morrey hand function score,Maryland foot function score and pain degree before and after treatment,and observed the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups. Results After surgery,the hand function and foot function scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.05); after surgery,the pain score was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the study group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Micro plate fixation can significantly reduce the pain of hand and foot fractures and reduce the hand function and postoperative complications.
