Abstract：Objective Contrare the efficacy and safety of different surgical modalities for traumatic osteomyelitis. Methods Selected 160 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025,divided technique,drainage technique,Ilizarov bone handling technique,and negative pressure closed drainage;the changes of inflammatory factors,AOFAS score and Iowa knee score were detected,and the incidence of complications and clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results AOFAS score,and Iowa knee score were higher in the drainage group(P<0.05);TNF- α,CRP levels were decreased,and statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of negative pressure sealing drainage is better than that of Ilizarov bone handling technology,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and promote rapid postoperative recovery.However,fewer pathological samples in this paper are included,which leads to some limitations in the study,and further increasing the sample size is needed to confirm the multi-center study.
