Abstract:Objective To investigate the predictive value of inflammatory prognostic index(IPI)combined with peripheral blood interleukin-11(IL-11)for immune-related adverse reactions(irAE)in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with NSCLC were retrospectively selected.According to the occurrence of irAE,the patients were divided into irAE group(n=26)and non-irAE group(n=59).The clinical data of patients were collected.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between IPI combined with IL-11 and irAE in NSCLC patients.ROC curve was further drawn to analyze the predictive value of IPI,IL-11 alone and combined detection for irAE in NSCLC patients.Results The levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-11,LDH,NLR,PLR and IPI in the two groups were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Further analysis showed that IL-11,LDH and IPI were independent risk factors for irAE in NSCLC patients.ROC curve results showed that the area under the curve of IL-11 and IPI alone in predicting irAE in NSCLC patients was 0.731 and 0.786,respectively(P<0.05).The area under the curve of the combined detection was the largest,which was 0.890(P< 0.05).Conclusion IPI combined with IL-11 level is of great value in predicting irAE in NSCLC patients.
