Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation between serum micrornA-210(miR-210)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels and poor collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods A total of 68 patients with ACI were prospectively included as research objects. The main examination items were serum miR-210 and IL-17 levels, and the collateral circulation was evaluated according to the results of cerebrovascular angiography. The patients were divided into poor and good group. The correlation between serum miR-210 and IL-17 and poor collateral circulation in ACI patients was analyzed, and the predictive value of serum miR-210 and IL-17 for poor collateral circulation in ACI patients was evaluated. Results Among the 68 ACI patients included, there were 18 cases of poor collateral circulation and 50 cases of good collateral circulation. The expression of miR-210 and IL-17 in poor collateral circulation group was lower than that in good group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that low level of serum miR-210 and high level of IL-17 were associated with the occurrence of poor collateral circulation in ACI patients(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the combined prediction of serum miR-210 and IL-17 for poor collateral circulation in ACI patients was 0.864. Conclusion Low level of serum miR-210 and high level of IL-17 are associated with poor collateral circulation in ACI patients.Combined detection of serum miR-210 and IL-17 has a high predictive value for poor collateral circulation in ACI patients.
