Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of ultrasound combined with digital X-ray system(DR)in the localization of soft tissue foreign body removal. Methods 92 cases in our hospital for soft tissue foreign bodies of the patients were divided into observation group and control group,control group given conventional surface positioning,observation group was given ultrasonic joint DR auxiliary real-time positioning,compared two groups of patients with foreign bodies,surgical success rate index and postoperative complications occurred;Results The success rate of foreign body removal in the observation group was 82.61%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(54.35%).The operation time and incision length were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the foreign body removal rate within 15 minutes was 76.09%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(13.04%).The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.17%,which was significantly lower than 19.57% in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound combined with DR Positioning assisted soft tissue foreign body removal can significantly improve the success rate of foreign body removal,shorten the operation time and incision,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the patient's bed,reduce complications,and promote postoperative recovery of patients,with significant advantages,and it is recommended to be promoted.
