帕罗西汀联合米氮平对卒中后抑郁患者认知功能及HAMD评分的影响

摘要目的探讨卒中后抑郁（PSD）患者采用帕罗西汀联合米氮平对其认知功能及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分的影响。方法本研究为一项前瞻性研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组（n=57例）、对照组（n=56例）。对照组接受帕罗西汀治疗,观察组接受帕罗西汀联合米氮平治疗。两组均持续治疗6周,对比两组认知功能[采用威斯康星卡片分类测验（WCST）评估]、HAMD评分及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组WCST各项评分均改善,观察组各项评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）;治疗后,两组HAMD评分均下降,观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）;两组不良反应对比（P>0.05）。结论帕罗西汀联合米氮平能够有效改PSD善患者认知功能及抑郁程度。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of paroxetine combined with Mirtazapine on cognitive function and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）score in patients with poststroke depression（PSD）. Methods This was a prospective study.113 patients with poststroke depression were enrolled in this study.They were divided into observation group（n=57 cases）and control group（n=56 cases）by random number table.The control group received paroxetine treatment,and the observation group received paroxetine combined with mirtazapine treatment.Cognitive function [as assessed by Wisconsin card Sorting Test（WCST）],HAMD score and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,WCST scores of both groups were improved,and scores of observation group were better than control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,HAMD scores in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group（P<0.05）.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared（P>0.05）. Conclusion Paroxetine combined with mirtazapine can effectively improve cognitive function and depression in patients with PSD.
