Clinical Effects of Lower Limb Muscle Chain Training and Quadriceps Femoris Training in the Rehabilitation Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract:Objective To explore the important role of active training of lower limb muscle chain and quadriceps muscle according to the diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis.Methods KOA patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used tkwse to train the quadriceps muscle,and the observation group used the lower limb muscle chain training program.Results After treatment,the Lysholm of the study group was higher(P<0.05),the WOMAC score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the peak moment(PT value)and total work done(TW value)of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of KOA patients,the effect of limb muscle chain training is prominent in carrying out effective rehabilitation treatment,which can significantly enhance the function of the knee joint,accelerate the recovery process of knee flexor and extensor muscle group,and improve the performance of the knee joint.In contrast,lower limb muscle chain training can significantly improve the condition of KOA.
