Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon a2b spray in the treatment of hand foot mouth disease in children. Methods A total of 150 children with HFMD participated in this study.50 patients in Group A were treated with spray of recombinant human interferon a2b.In Group B,50 children were treated with ribavirin spray, while 50 children in Group C received placebo intervention.Analyze the differences in symptoms, duration of signs, treatment efficacy, and inflammatory factor indicators among the three groups. Results Children in Group A had a shorter time for symptoms and signs to disappear after treatment,a higher overall treatment effectiveness rate, and a decrease in inflammatory factor indicators.Comparing the values of the three groups,P<0.05. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon a2b spray can be the first choice for children with hand, foot and mouth disease, which can effectively shorten the duration of symptoms, improve immune function and reduce inflammatory indicators.
