MPP应用布地奈德序贯联合阿奇霉素治疗对患儿血清IFN-γ、MCP-4水平的影响

摘要 目的 探讨布地奈德联合阿奇霉素序贯对肺炎支原体肺炎小儿血清IFN-γ、MCP-4的影响。方法 采用临床对照研究方式抽取本研究132例MMP患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组66例。患儿均予以常规止咳、平喘等对症治疗,对照组予以阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯联合布地奈德辅助治疗。比较两种治疗方式的疗效,并检测治疗前后血清IFN-γ、MCP-4水平变化。结果 观察组的体温正常时间、咳嗽消失及胸片正常时间分别是(4.1±0.8)d、(6.7±2.2)d、(8.8±3.4)d,均显著低于对照组的(4.5±1.3)d、(7.8±2.7)d、(10.5±3.6)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的IFN-γ为(14.3±2.8)ng/L,MCP-4为(26.3±5.4)pg/mL,均显著低于对照组的(17.5±4.7)ng/L、(32.7±7.2)pg/mL,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德联合阿奇霉素序贯可显著降低MMP小儿血清IFN-γ、MCP-4水平,促使患儿恢复健康。

AbstractObjective To explore the effects of sequential therapy of budesonide combined with azithromycin on levels of serum IFN-γ and MCP-4 in MMP children patients. Methods A clinically controlled study was used to collect 132 MMP children patients,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 66 cases in each group.The children patients were all given symptomatic treatments such as regular cough relief and asthma relief,and the control group was given azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was given sequential therapy of azithromycin combined with budesonide.The efficacy of the two treatment method was compared,and the changes of serum IFN-γ and MCP-4 levels were detected before and after treatment. Results The normal temperature recovery time,cough disappearance time and normal chest radiograph time were(4.1±0.8)d,(6.7±2.2)d and(8.8±3.4)d in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group with(4.5±1.3)d,(7.8±2.7)d and(10.5±3.6)d(P<0.05).The levels of IFN-γ and MCP-4 after treatment were(14.3±2.8)ng/L and(26.3±5.4)pg/mL in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group with(17.5±4.7)ng/L and(32.7±7.2)pg/mL(P<0.05). Conclusion Sequential therapy of budesonide combined with azithromycin can significantly reduce the levels of serum IFN-γ and MCP-4,and promote the health recovery of children patients with MMP.
