Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different blood purification methods on inflammatory factors and hemodynamics in patients with MODS. Methods 82 patients with MODS were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.41 patients in the observation group were treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion(HD + HP),and 41 patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis(HD).Toxin clearance, tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1(IL-1)and C reactive protein(CRP),carotid blood flow and peripheral resistance, and were analyzed. Results After the treatment of the patients in both groups,The serum contents of creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, parTH and 2-microglobin were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),And the observation group was compared with the control group,The content of the above index decreased more significantly(P<0.05),Higher clearance rate of toxins; No comparison of serum TNF-,IL-6,IL-1,CRP and hemodynamic index levels(P>0.05),post-treatment,TNF-,IL-6,IL-1,and CRP were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),However,the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),And through the treatment,The blood flow velocity in the observation group,The blood flow was all significantly greater than that of the control group,Peripheral resistance was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion HD + HP treatment for uremia with MODS is better than HD treatment, which can effectively slow down the inflammatory response and has some positive significance for the patient hemodynamics.
