Abstract:Objective To explore the sequential application of ulinastatin combined with azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods Eighty children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation and control groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin on the basis of conventional treatment;the observation group was given ulinastatin combined with azithromycin on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effect, the length of time for symptom disappearance and complications of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the two groups achieved good therapeutic effects.Among them, the children who received the sequential combined treatment of ulinastatin and azithromycin had more significant effects and higher treatment efficiency(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms such as high body temperature, pulmonary rales, and cough in the combined sequential group were also better controlled, and the clinical symptoms disappeared in a short time(P<0.05),which is more conducive to the physical and mental health of the children. After treatment, the observation group compared with the control group had a lower incidence of complications, fewer types, higher safety, and easier clinical cure. Conclusion The combination of ulinastatin and azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can achieve better results, fewer complications, and higher safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
