Abstract:Objective To observe the application of countermeasures based on Logistic analysis in the prevention of chemotherapeutic drug extravasation. Methods 74 patients with chemotherapeutic drug extravasation were taken as the observation objects and classified as the observation group.74 patients without chemotherapeutic drug extravasation in the same period were included as the control group at a ratio of 1:1.Analyze the risk factors affecting patients' chemotherapeutic drug extravasation, and develop corresponding nursing countermeasures based on Logistic analysis.A total of 122 patients who received chemotherapy drugs were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into study group and conventional group with 61 cases in each group by completely randomized method. The conventional nursing intervention was still used in the conventional group, while the nursing intervention based on Logistic analysis was used in the study group. The preventive effects of chemotherapeutic drug extravasation in the study group and the conventional group were counted after 1 month of intervention. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that chemotherapy knowledge, adverse psychological reaction and intravenous infusion time were all risk factors affecting patients' chemotherapeutic drug extravasation(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing intervention based on Logistic analysis, the prevention effect of chemotherapeutic drug extravasation in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Logistic analysis shows that chemotherapy knowledge, adverse psychological reaction and intravenous infusion time will all affect the chemotherapeutic drug extravasation, and nursing intervention can effectively prevent chemotherapeutic drug extravasation.
