Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods The data of 45 patients with coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis were retrospectively analyzed and included in the occurrence group.45 patients without coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis in the same period were included in the non occurrence group. The baseline data and laboratory indexes of the two groups were statistically analyzed. The influencing factors of coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results There was significant difference in hyperphosphatemia, diabetes and dyslipidemia between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that hyperphosphatemia, diabetes and dyslipidemia were risk factors for coronary calcification in hemodialysis patients with uremia(OR>1,P<0.05). Conclusion The risk factors of coronary calcification in hemodialysis patients may be hyperphosphatemia, diabetes and dyslipidemia.
