帕罗西汀联合米氮平对卒中后抑郁患者认知功能及HAMD评分的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effects of paroxetine combined with Mirtazapine on cognitive function and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）score in patients with poststroke depression（PSD）. Methods This was a prospective study.113 patients with poststroke depression were enrolled in this study.They were divided into observation group（n=57 cases）and control group（n=56 cases）by random number table.The control group received paroxetine treatment,and the observation group received paroxetine combined with mirtazapine treatment.Cognitive function [as assessed by Wisconsin card Sorting Test（WCST）],HAMD score and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,WCST scores of both groups were improved,and scores of observation group were better than control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,HAMD scores in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group（P<0.05）.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared（P>0.05）. Conclusion Paroxetine combined with mirtazapine can effectively improve cognitive function and depression in patients with PSD.
