法舒地尔辅助治疗老年心力衰竭对心功能及BNP水平的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fasudil in the adjuvant treatment of senile heart failure. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to hospital were divided into two groups（30 cases in each group）by lottery Method The control group received routine treatment,on this basis,the observation group was added with sudil adjuvant treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 14 days of treatment was compared,and the changes of cardiac function（left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF））and treatment-related indexes（brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）,cardiac natriuretic hormone（ANP））before and after treatment were observed between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower and LVEF was higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（t=4.533,3.343,3.256,P=0.000,0.002,0.002）.The levels of BNP and ANP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（t=2.659,3.722,P=0.010,0.000）. Conclusion Fasudil has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of senile heart failure.It can improve cardiac function,delay ventricular remodeling and alleviate the condition of heart failure.
