| Efficacy of Fasudil Hydrochloride Combined With Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction and Its Influence on Oxidative Stress and Inflammatory Indexes |

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of fasudil hydrochloride combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and its influence on oxidative stress and inflammatory indexes.Methods Totally 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups,namely 60 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group.The efficacy,oxidative stress indicators and inflammatory indexes were compared.Results The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.After treatment,the levels of SOD and NO of theobservation group were higher than those of the control group while the levels of MDA and AGEs were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory indexes such as interleukins and tumor necrosis factor were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of fasudil hydrochloride and aspirin can improve the therapeutic effect of acute myocardial infarction,and reduce the inflammatory reactions and oxidative stress degree.
