| Effect of Fluticasone Propionate Combined With Cefadroxil in the Treatment of Children With Bronchopneumonia |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of fluticasone propionate combined with cefadroxil in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods According to the random number table method,84 cases of children with bronchopneumonia were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with cefadroxil on the basis of the control group.The observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared Clinical efficacy,pulmonary function（VC,PEF,FEV1/FVC）,adverse reactions（nausea and vomiting,headache,sleep disorders,hyperthyroidism）. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of VC,PEF and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group（P>0.05）. Conclusion Fluticasone propionate combined with cefadroxil in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can enhance the curative effect,improve lung function and have high safety.
