| Effect of Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Hollow Nail Internal Fixation on Knee Joint Function and Complications in Patients With Patella Fracture |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of closed reduction and percutaneous hollow nail internal fixation on knee joint function and complications in patients with patella fractures.Methods 88 patients with patella fractures were included in the study.According to the parity generation method,they were divided into a control group（44 cases）and an observation group（44 cases）.The control group received open reduction Kirschner wire tension band fixation,and the observation group received closed reduction percutaneous hollow nail fixation.The pain degree and knee joint function of the two groups before and 6 months after the operation were compared,and the complications were recorded.Results Before surgery,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients’ VAS scores and Lysholm scores（P>0.05）;after surgery,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,while Lysholm scores increased,and the observation group was better than the control group.There was statistical significance（P<0.05）;the complication rate of the observation group was 6.82%（3/44）compared with 22.72%（10/44）in the control group,and there was no statistical significance（P>0.05）.Conclusion The use of closed reduction and percutaneous hollow nail fixation for patients with patella fractures is consistent with the principle of minimally invasive surgery.It can fix the fracture and cause less damage to the soft tissues.It can effectively relieve the pain of the patient and promote the recovery of knee joint function.The safety is high,and it has promotion significance.
