Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of autologous skin grafting combined with modified radical mastectomy on patients with breast cancer and its influence on early postoperative prognosis. Methods 94 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47).The control group was treated with modified radical operation,Group A was treated with autologous skin grafting, and the operation indexes, skin flap necrosis, incidence of complications and recurrence rate within one year were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was significantly longer, the amount of blood loss during operation was significantly more, but the hospitalization time was significantly shorter(P<0.05),and the difference of postoperative drainage time between the two groups was less(P>0.05).The total incidence of skin flap necrosis, complications and recurrence rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of modified radical mastectomy and autologous skin grafting in the treatment of breast cancer patients can significantly shorten the hospitalization time, and at the same time reduce the probability and recurrence rate of postoperative complications, but it will take longer operation time and increase the amount of bleeding during operation. It is suggested that clinical application should be reasonable according to the actual situation.
