Abstract:Objective To explore the immune function and growth characteristics of preschool Hp positive children. Methods 100 children infected with HP in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy children who received physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.HP antibody,T cell subsets, serum inflammatory factors and growth and development were detected in both groups of children, and the detection results were compared. All the children in observation group were given anti-infection treatment after diagnosis, and they were followed up by telephone for one year and two years. The survey contents were mainly the same as those before treatment. Results The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the level of CD8+in the observation group is higher, while the levels of CD4+and CD3+are lower, and the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α in the observation group are lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the height, body weight, chest circumference, iron, zinc,ALB and HB levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with one year after treatment,The height, body weight, chest circumference, iron, zinc,ALB and HB levels of children in observation group were significantly higher after 2 years of treatment, and the growth and development indexes of children showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).Conclusion HP infection will adversely affect the immune function level of preschool children's growth and development,so attention should be paid to HP infection in preschool children clinically.
