Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation function in premature infants at different gestational ages, and analyze the relationship between gestational age and coagulation function. Methods A total of 90 preterm infants hospitalized were selected for the study. They were divided into early preterm infants group(n=30),middle preterm infants group(n=30)and late preterm infants group(n=30)according to their gestational age.Venous blood was drawn from each group after birth, and the results of blood coagulation function within 2 hours were detected. The coagulation function indexes of the three groups of preterm infants were statistically analyzed, and the relationship between each index and gestational age was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the values of PT,APTT,TT and FIB among preterm infants of different gestational ages(P<0.05).Through analysis of variance, there were significant differences in the values of PT,APTT and TT among the three groups of preterm infants(P<0.05);The values of PT,APTT and TT of preterm infants in the three groups were negatively correlated with gestational age(r=-0.67,-0.31,-0.32,all P<0.05),and the FIB value was positively correlated with gestational age(r=0.33,P<0.05). Conclusion The coagulation function of premature infants with different gestational ages is different. It is significant to detect the levels of PT,APTT,TT and FIB.PT,APTT and FIB are all related to gestational age. When PT and APTT are prolonged and FIB is reduced,it is necessary to go to a hospital with good reputation as soon as possible, pay attention to the review of coagulation function, and give targeted treatment plans.
