Abstract:Objective To analyze effects of combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 150 consecutive patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to either the observation group(n=75)or the control group(n=75)using a block randomization method. The control group was given propofol combined with remifentanil intravenous anesthesia, and the observation group was given sevoflurane combined with propofol and remifentanil intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia. The postoperative recovery, basic vital signs and stress were observed in the two groups. Results In the observation group, all recovery times were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences in SpO2 levels were observed between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05).Prior to anesthesia, there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and heart rate(HR)between the two groups(P>0.05).Post-anesthesia,intraoperatively,and postoperatively, the observation group exhibited significantly lower SBP,DBP,and HR levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).Preoperatively,no significant differences were found in blood glucose, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and cortisol levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperatively,the observation group showed a decrease in blood glucose, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and cortisol levels, while the control group exhibited an increase;levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion sevoflurane combined with propofol-remifentanil intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia is effective in laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time, maintain intraoperative hemodynamic stability, and inhibit stress response.
