Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of remimazolam combined with remifentanil anesthesia on patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods A total of 124 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy at Anyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2024 to September 2025 were selected and divided into a control group (62 cases, receiving propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia)and an observation group(62 cases, receiving remimazolam combined with remifentanil anesthesia). The hemodynamics, quality of anesthesia recovery, inflammatory indicators, sedation scores, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 5 minutes post-induction(T1),there were no statistically significant differences in heart rate(HR) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) between the two groups(P>0.05).At the time of tracheal intubation(T2),5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum establishment(T3),5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum release(T4),and at tracheal extubation(T5),the HR and MAP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited shorter times for eye opening, extubation, and orientation recovery compared to the control group(P<0.05).At 24 hours postoperatively, the inflammatory levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T5,5 minutes after extubation(T6),and 30 minutes after extubation(T7),the Ramsay Sedation Scale(RSS) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rates between the two groups were comparable(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of remimazolam combined with remifentanil anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy can stabilize intraoperative hemodynamics, reduce inflammation induced by surgery, improve the quality of anesthesia recovery, and does not significantly increase the risk of postoperative complications.
