Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined dental pulp and orthodontic treatment in patients with permanent upper anterior gingival fracture.Methods 60 patients with permanent upper anterior gingival fracture were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(conventional restorative treatment) and observation group (tooth Endodontic and orthodontic combined restoration treatment),30 patients in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were (96.67%) and (66.67%) respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the observation group and the control group had respectively (6.67%),(33.33%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group have treatment satisfaction (96.67%),(66.67%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of combined dental pulp orthodontic treatment for patients with permanent upper anterior and subgingival fractures are better,and the patients are more satisfied with the treatment and have higher clinical application value.
