Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic repair in upper gastrointestinal perforation. Methods 121 eligible patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were selected, all from the Kaifeng 155 hospital, with different surgical methods for grouping principle is divided into two groups, including group A(traditional repair,60 cases),group B(laparoscopic repair,61 cases). Both groups were observed until discharge and followed-up for 1 month.Compared the two groups of perioperative indicators,VAS scores at different time points, inflammatory factors before and 3 d after surgery, quality of life before and 1 month after surgery, and the occurrence of complications during the observation period. Results Comparing Group A and B,Group B,group A and B decreased at 24 h and 48 h after surgery, and group B,3 d serum inflammation(CRP,PCT,IL-6,TNF-α),and group B(all P<0.05).During the observation period, the overall incidence of complications was different between groups A and B(P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation, laparoscopic repair can effectively improve operation-related parameters, reduce pain, control inflammation, improve the quality of life, and have high safety.
