Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of non-invasive high-frequency ventilation mode on bronchopulmonary dysplasia; Methods Select 62 children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, the control group was given constant-frequency ventilator ventilation, and the study group was given non-invasive high-frequency ventilation. The oxygen exposure time and ventilator use time were compared between the two groups before treatment,1d,2d,3d,4d,5d,and 6d after treatment,7dOI and blood gas analysis index levels; Results The oxygen exposure time and ventilator use time of the children in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the levels of OI indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the OI index levels of the children in the two groups showed an upward trend 1d,2d,3d,4d,5d,6d,and 7d after treatment, and the OI index levels of the children in the study group 3d,4d,5d,6d,and 7d after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the levels of blood gas analysis indexes(PaO2 and PaCO2)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).On 6d and 7d,the PaO2 index levels of the children in the two groups showed an upward trend, and the PaCO2 index levels showed a downward trend, and the index levels of the children in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group on 3d,4d,5d,6d,and 7d after treatment, and the index levels were significantly higher.lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion Non-invasive high-frequency ventilation mode in the treatment of BPD children can improve the clinical treatment effect, shorten the oxygen exposure time and ventilator use time, improve oxygenation, and promote the improvement of blood gas analysis, which is worthy of promotion.
