Abstract:Objective To analyze the related factors of pulmonary infection in 150 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in intensive care unit(ICU)based on logistic regression. Methods 150 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in ICU were selected as the research object. The pulmonary infection and baseline data were recorded, and the influencing factors of pulmonary infection in patients with severe craniocerebral injury in ICU were analyzed. Results Among 150 patients with severe craniocerebral injury,41 patients(27.33%)had pulmonary infection, and 109 patients(72.67%)had no pulmonary infection. There were statistically significant differences in GCS score, early mechanical ventilation, smoking history and tracheotomy between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that low GCS score, early mechanical ventilation, smoking history and tracheotomy were the influencing factors of pulmonary infection in ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury(OR>1,P<0.05). Conclusion Pulmonary infection in ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury is affected by GCS score, early mechanical ventilation, smoking history and tracheotomy.
