Bibliometric Analysis of GDM Management and Health Education (2014-2024)
Wei Xuan, Liu Ruiqian
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2026.02.001
Objective
This study employs bibliometric methods to conduct a knowledge mapping analysis of the current status, key issues, and development trends in the management and health education of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM) from 2014 to 2024,based on literature from Chinese and English databases.
Methods
Literature was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Web of Science databases.Using a subject heading search strategy,Cite Space 6.4.R1 software was utilized to construct co-occurrence networks and burst detection maps, analyzing publication trends, core institutions, author collaboration, and the evolution of research hot spots.
Results
After screening,235 valid Chinese articles and 837 English articles were included. The data indicate sustained growth in research interest, with notable differences between Chinese and English literature.Domestic research is highly concentrated in journals such as Diabetes New World, led by institutions like Anhui Medical University.International research is supported by high-impact journals like BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth and led by top universities such as Harvard University and Monash University.Keyword analysis reveals that Chinese studies focus on "health education,""nursing intervention," and short-term pregnancy outcomes, while international research emphasizes "risk factors""pathological mechanisms" and long-term metabolic health of both mother and child.Emerging trends show that "personalized intervention,""digital management,""Internet+," and "multidisciplinary collaboration" have become common frontiers of global interest.
Conclusion
Global research interest in GDM management continues to rise, with the field gradually expanding.Research is transitioning from singular blood glucose control towards a whole-life-cycle,precision-based,and digitalized approach.Domestic research in China needs to further explore underlying mechanisms and actively integrate Internet technologies to enhance its international competitiveness.

Study on the Correlation between Doxycycline Blood Concentration and Coagulation Function Indicators in Patients with Severe Pulmonary Infection
Zhang Pei, Li Nan, Han Jialin
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2026.02.002
Objective
To explore the correlation between doxycycline steady-state blood drug concentration and coagulation function indicators in patients with severe pulmonary infections, providing a basis for clinical individualized medication.
Method
A total of 110 patients with severe pulmonary infections admitted to our ICU from January 2023 to January 2025 were prospectively included and divided into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=50)based on whether doxycycline was used or not.On the third day of administration, the observation group measured the steady-state peak concentration(C
0
)and trough concentration(C
0
),and dynamically monitored the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),international normalized ratio(INR),and platelet count(PLT)of both groups before treatment and on the third and seventh days of treatment.Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between blood drug concentration and coagulation indicators.
Result
On the third day of treatment,PT,APTT,and INR in the observation group significantly increased compared to baseline(
P<
0.05),while FIB and PLT significantly decreased(
P<
0.05).On the seventh day, they returned to baseline levels; There was no significant difference in the indicators of the control group before and after treatment(
P>
0.05).The observation group's doxycycline C
2
was(3.28±1.15)μg/mL,and C
0
was(1.46±0.62)μg/mL.C
2
is significantly positively correlated withΔPT,ΔAPTT,and ΔINR(r=0.582,0.517,0.603,
P<
0.001),and significantly negatively correlated with ΔFIB and ΔPLT(r=-0.493,-0.446,
P<
0.01);There is no significant correlation between C
0
and various indicators.Multiple regression analysis showed that doxycycline C
0
(β=0.412),combined use of cefoperazone sulbactam(β=0.306),and baseline APTT prolongation(β=0.251)were independent risk factors for PT elevation(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
Doxycycline can cause transient coagulation dysfunction in patients with severe pulmonary infections, with the degree of impact significantly correlated with the steady-state peak concentration. When C
0
>3.95 μg/mL,the risk of coagulation dysfunction increases significantly. It is recommended to monitor blood drug concentrations clinically and avoid concomitant use with cefoperazone-sulbactam.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2026.02.007
Objective
To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with different therapeutic outcomes after root canal treatment for periapical periodontitis,in order to provide a reference for clinical evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.
Methods
A retrospective analysis was conducted on 282 patients with periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022.All patients underwent root canal treatment and were followed up for 3 years.According to the therapeutic effect, they were divided into the poor therapeutic effect group(70 cases)and the good therapeutic effect group(212 cases). The clinical data of the two groups of patients were compared [age, gender, tooth position(anterior teeth, posterior teeth),number of root fillings(single root canal, double root canal, multiple root canals),quality of root fillings(complete, incomplete),whether there was fistula before surgery, whether there was gingival swelling before surgery, whether there was secondary caries, whether there was crown leakage, whether there was re-treatment,whether there was instrument fracture, and the range of low-density shadow(<5mm,>5mm)];The risk factors for poor therapeutic effect after root canal treatment in patients with apical periodontitis were analyzed through multivariate Logistic regression.
Results
The age, gender, number of root fillings, preoperative fistula, preoperative gingival swelling, and the range of low-density shadow were comparable between the two groups(
P>
0.05);The proportions of posterior tooth position, incomplete root filling quality, secondary caries, crown leakage,re-treatment and instrument fracture in the poor therapeutic effect group were all higher than those in the good therapeutic effect group(
P<
0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that posterior tooth position, incomplete root filling quality, secondary caries, crown leakage,re-treatment,and instrument fracture were independent risk factors for poor therapeutic effect after root canal treatment in patients with periapical periodontitis(
P<
0.05).A risk prediction model was established.
Conclusion
The therapeutic effect of root canal treatment in patients with periapical periodontitis is affected by the position of posterior teeth, incomplete root filling quality, secondary caries, crown leakage,re-treatment,and instrument breakage.Close clinical monitoring should be carried out.

Wang Ge, Zhao Lulu, Wang Shitan
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2026.02.008
Objective
To investigate the correlation between the degree of neurological deficit and negative emotions in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods
A total of 93 patients with acute cerebral infarction(onset time<24 h)treated in our hospital from divided into three groups according to the degree of neurological deficit:mild deficit group(n=32),moderate deficit group(n=35),and severe deficit group(n=26).General patient information was collected, along with scores from the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).
Results
The more severe the neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction, the higher the SAS and SDS scores, with significant differences(
P<
0.05).There were differences in SAS and SDS scores among patients of different ages and nutritional statuses(
P<
0.05),while no significant differences were found in SDS scores among patients of different genders, smoking history, drinking history,or education levels(
P>
0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that SAS and SDS scores were positively correlated with the degree of neurological impairment in acute cerebral infarction patients, while age was negatively correlated and nutritional status was positively correlated(
P<
0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lower SAS and SDS scores were negatively associated with the degree of neurological deficit, while female gender, older age,and the presence of nutritional risk were risk factors(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
Negative emotions in patients with acute cerebral infarction are associated with the degree of neurological deficit.SAS and SDS scores show a positive correlation with the degree of neurological impairment, while older age and nutritional risk are identified as risk factors.

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents,Processing Technology and Pharmacological Effects of Sanguisorba officinalis L
Wang Chaoqun, Zhang Guiqun, Huo Jinhai
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2026.02.038
Sanguisorba officinalis L.tastes bitter, sour and astringent, and is slightly cold in nature. It enters the Liver and Large Intestine Meridians, and was first recorded in Shennong Ben Cao Jing(Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica). As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,it has the traditional efficacy of cooling blood to stop bleeding, detoxifying and promoting wound healing. This paper systematically reviews the relevant research literatures in recent years, and clarifies that the core chemical constituents of Sanguisorba officinalis L.include saponins(the total content of sanguisorbin Ⅰ/Ⅱ is 1.5 2.1 mg/g),tannins(the content of ellagic acid in carbonized Sanguisorba officinalis L.is up to 34.86 mg/g at maximum),flavonoids, etc.Among the processing technologies, carbonized Sanguisorba officinalis L.has the widest application.Orthogonal tests have confirmed that stir-frying at 250℃ for 14 minutes is the optimal process, which can significantly increase the content of hemostatic active ingredients.Modern pharmacological studies have verified that Sanguisorba officinalis L.and its active components possess various pharmacological effects such as hemostasis, wound repair, intestinal mucosal protection,anti-inflammation,antioxidation,antibacterial activity and immunoregulation. It is widely used in clinical fields including hemorrhagic diseases, skin injuries and inflammatory bowel diseases, and shows unique advantages in the protection against intestinal damage caused by tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy,as well as the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Processing is an important link in the clinical application of Sanguisorba officinalis L.,and different processing methods significantly affect its chemical constituents and pharmacological activities.By comprehensively analyzing the characteristics of chemical constituents, the influence of processing technology, the mechanism of pharmacological effects and the expansion of clinical application of Sanguisorba officinalis L.,this paper points out the existing problems in current research, such as unclear synergistic mechanism of components and insufficient development of non-medicinal parts,so as to provide references for its further research, development and precise clinical application.

Research Progress on Esketamine in the Prevention and Treatment of Chills after Spinal Anesthesia
Wang Yuanyuan, Zhang Lei
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2026.02.039
The occurrence of chills after spinal anesthesia is relatively common, mainly related to the inhibition of hypothalamic thermoregulation centers by anesthetic drugs, resulting in abnormal thermogenesis response.Chills not only cause discomfort and anxiety in patients, but can also increase the risk of complications, delay postoperative recovery, prolong hospital stay, and increase healthcare costs. In recent years, esketamine,as a dextrorotator of ketamine, has gained attention in perioperative management due to its unique pharmacological properties.Studies have shown that it may reduce the incidence of chills after neuraxial anesthesia by regulating body temperature regulation points or inhibiting the downward conduction of chills commands, and its psychomotor adverse effects are milder than ketamine. The purpose of this article is to review the current situation of chills after spinal anesthesia, explore the pharmacological properties of esketamine and its application in the prevention and treatment of chills, and evaluate its efficacy and safety,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
