法舒地尔辅助治疗老年心力衰竭对心功能及BNP水平的影响

摘要目的探讨法舒地尔辅助治疗老年心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将60例老年心力衰竭患者以抽签法分为两组（每组30例）。对照组进行常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用法舒地尔辅助治疗。比较两组治疗14d后的临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后心功能[左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）]及治疗有关指标[脑钠肽（BNP）、心钠素（ANP）]变化情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD较低,LVEF较高,差异有统计学意义（t=4.533、3.343、3.256,P=0.000、0.002、0.002）;观察组治疗后BNP、ANP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=2.659、3.722,P=0.010、0.000）。结论法舒地尔辅助治疗老年心力衰竭有较好效果,可改善患者心功能,延缓心室重塑,减轻心力衰竭症状。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fasudil in the adjuvant treatment of senile heart failure. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to hospital were divided into two groups（30 cases in each group）by lottery Method The control group received routine treatment,on this basis,the observation group was added with sudil adjuvant treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 14 days of treatment was compared,and the changes of cardiac function（left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF））and treatment-related indexes（brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）,cardiac natriuretic hormone（ANP））before and after treatment were observed between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower and LVEF was higher after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（t=4.533,3.343,3.256,P=0.000,0.002,0.002）.The levels of BNP and ANP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（t=2.659,3.722,P=0.010,0.000）. Conclusion Fasudil has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of senile heart failure.It can improve cardiac function,delay ventricular remodeling and alleviate the condition of heart failure.
