Abstract：Objective To explore the determination of prulifloxacin by miniaturized non-aqueous titration.Methods The miniaturized non-aqueous titration method and the major non-aqueous titration method were used to determine the content of rulifloxacin,and the accuracy and precision of the two Methodswere compared.Results Constant and miniaturized Methodswere used to repeat the measurement for 6 times,respectively.The mean value of the data measured by the constant method was 95.8%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.8%.The stability test showed that there was no significant difference between each data within 0-5h（P>0.05）.Conclusion Using miniaturized non-water drop to determine drug content can stabilize energy consumption and control method is practical.
