Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of precise hepatic pedicle anatomy applied in laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver cancer and its impact on the inflammatory and immune stress response in patients. Methods 88 liver cancer patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group(44 cases)underwent conventional liver resection. The observation group(44 cases)underwent liver resection using precise hepatic pedicle anatomy. The changes in liver function indices,inflammatory-immune indices, tumor marker levels, incidence of related complications, and recurrence rates were observed. Results On postoperative day 3,the serum levels of AST,ALT,TBIL,and γ-GT were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,on postoperative day 3,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 were significantly lower, and the levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).At three months postoperative, the levels of CA19-9,AFP,and TK1 were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(5.55%)and recurrence rate(6.82%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(18.18% and 22.73%,respectively)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of precise hepatic pedicle anatomy in laparoscopic hepatectomy for liver cancer can better protect liver function, reduce inflammatory and immune stress responses, improve overall patient management outcomes, effectively reduce postoperative complications, lower recurrence risk, and help improve the patient's quality of life.
