	1	The Effects of Berberine in the Expression Quantities of Efflux Pump Genes hef'ABC of Helicobacter Pylori of Multi-drug resistance

		Objective To study the the role of berberine（BBR） in the regulation of efflux pump genes hefABC in multi-drug resistant（MDR） strains of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）. Methods ①Hp clinical isolates were tested the minimum inhibitory concentration for amoxicillin,levofloxacin,clarithromycin and metronidazole by E-test method.,in which sensitive strains and MDR strains were screened.②The expression quantities diffenrence of efflux pump genes hefABC between MDR group and sensitive group were detected by Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）.③The MIC values of berberine against MDR strains were determined by agar two-fold dilution method.After the MDR strains were cultured at 1/2 MIC concentration of berberine in liquid for 5 generations,RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression difference of the efflux pump genes before and after the addition of berberine. Results ①A total of sixty Hp strains were isolated and screened including fifteen sensitive strains and twelve MDR strains.②The expression quantities of hefA、hefB in the MDR group are significantly higher than that in the sensitive group（P<0.05）.There are no high expressions of hefC between two groups（P<0.05）.③The expression quantities of Hp0605,Hp0606 of MDR group after the effects of berberine remarkably decrease,compared with that before treated with berberine,and the difference has statistical significance. Conclusions ①Multi-drug resistance of H.pylori is related to the high expression of efflux pump genes of Hp0605,Hp0606.②Berberine can inhibit drug resistance in some MDR strains by down-regulating the expression of efflux pump genes hefA and hefB.

		Objective Observe the inhibitory effect of dihydrocapsaicin on hepatocellular carcinoma cell（HCC）HepG2 cells and explore the molecular mechanism. Method Divided into blank group and dihydrocapsaidine（100μmol/L,150μmol/L,200μmol/L,250μmol/L）group,Cell counting（CCK-8）was used to detect the activity and quantity of HepG2 cells at different time（24h,48h,72h）and different concentrations of dihydrocapsaicin（100μmol/L,150μmol/L,200μmol/L,250μmol/L）;Using fluorescence quantitative PCR（RT-PCR）of different concentrations of dihydrocapsaicine（150μmol/L,200μmol/L,250μmol/L）on HepG2 cells for 24h,The expression level of intracellular apoM mRCR;After immunosorbent assay（ELISA）,different concentrations（150μmol/L,200μmol/L,250μmol/L）on HepG2 cells,The apoM levels within the cell supernatant.Results Compared to the blank group,Concentration of dihydrocapsaicin at 100μmol/L,No statistically significant differences at each time（24h,48h and 72h）,The remaining concentrations of dihydrocapsaicin（150μmol/L,200μmol/L,250μmol/L）were statistically significant at each time（24h,48h,72h）,It suggests that HepG2 cells have certain time-and concentration-dependent effects on dihydrocapsaicin;Compared to the blank group,In the presence of dihydrocapsaicin at concentrations of 150μmol/L,200μmol/L,and 250μmol/L,The marked downregulation of apoM mRNA expression levels within HepG2 cells in HCC,Moreover,the apoM level in the supernatant of HCC HepG2 cells also decreased（P<0.05）.Conclusion Dihydrocapsaicin has an inhibitory effect on HCC HepG2 cells,and its inhibitory effect may be related to the inhibition of apoM expression in HCC HepG2 cells.

	8	Correlation Analysis and Clinical Value of Serum Caspase-1,DKK-1,IL-2Rα Levels with Disease Degree of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

		Objective To investigate the serum levels of Caspase-1（Caspase-1）,Dickkopf-1（DKK-1）and interleukin-2 receptor α（IL-2Rα）in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）,and to analyze their correlation with the severity of the disease and their evaluation value in renal function impairment.Methods A total of 114 SLE patients were selected as the study group,and 38 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The levels of serum Caspase-1,DKK-1 and IL-2Rα were compared between the two groups and the study group with different disease course.The correlation between serum Caspase-1,DKK-1,IL-2Rα and clinical indicators（white blood cell count,hemoglobin,lymphocyte count,platelets,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,serum creatinine,24 h urinary protein,anti-double DNA antibody（dsDNA）,complement C3,complement C4）and disease degree was analyzed.According to the degree of renal impairment,the study group was divided into 58 cases with normal renal function,31 cases with mild abnormal renal function,and 25 cases with moderate and severe abnormal renal function.The levels of serum Caspase-1,DKK-1 and IL-2Rα were compared,and the evaluation value of their on the degree of renal function impairment was analyzed.Results The levels of serum Caspase-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum DKK-1 and IL-2Rα were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.With the severity of disease and renal function,the serum Caspase-1 level was decreased,and the serum DKK-1 and IL-2Rα levels were increased（P<0.05）.Serum Caspase-1 was positively correlated with white blood cell count,lymphocyte count,complement C3 and complement C4,but negatively correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate,anti-DSDNA antibody and disease degree（P<0.05）.Serum DKK-1 and IL-2Rα were negatively correlated with white blood cell count,lymphocyte count,complement C3 and complement C4,but positively correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate,anti-DSDNA antibody and disease degree（P<0.05）.The AUC of serum Caspase-1,DKK-1 and IL-2Rα combined in the assessment of renal lesion was higher than that of single index assessment（P<0.05）.Conclusion Serum Caspase-1 levels are decreased and serum DKK-1 and IL-2Rα levels are increased in SLE patients,which are closely related to the severity of the disease.Combined detection of caspase-1 and IL-2rα levels has certain value in evaluating the degree of renal function impairment.

	12	Analysis of the Application Value of Total Parathyroidectomy Combined with Forearm Autotransplantation in Triple Essential Hyperparathyroidism

		Objective Exploring the value of total parathyroidectomy combined with forearm autotransplantation in the treatment of triple hyperparathyroidism.Method 144 patients with triple essential hyperparathyroidism were randomLy divided into a control group and a study group,with 72 cases in each group.The control group underwent total parathyroidectomy for treatment,while the study group underwent forearm autologous transplantation on the basis of the control group.The biochemical indicators,quality of life,HGB,ALB levels,symptom scores,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Result After treatment,the patients in the study had lower levels of iPTH,Ca,P,Mg,bone pain VAS,pruritus VAS and sleep SRSS than the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,the patients in the study had higher levels of ALP,quality of life and treatment efficacy than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion In patients with triple hyperparathyroidism,the combination of total parathyroidectomy and forearm autograft showed good clinical efficacy,which not only significantly improved the patients' biochemical indicators,but also their quality of life.

	16	Based on Traumatic Stress Indexes and Spinal Function,to Investigate the Clinical Value of Transinjured Short Segment Pedicle Fixation and Transinjured Transvertebral Pedicle Fixation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spinal Fracture

		Objective To investigate the clinical value of transsegmental pedicle fixation and transsegmental pedicle fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture and the effects on spinal function and traumatic stress indexes.Methods The clinical data of 91 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture treated were retrospectively collected,and they were divided into transvertebral injured group（n=47）and transvertebral injured group（n=44）according to different surgical methods.The former underwent transvertebral short segment pedicle nail fixation,and the latter underwent transvertebral injured pedicle fixation.Surgical parameters,spinal function before and after surgery[fracture vertebral height,sagittal Cobb Angle,lumbar mobility],traumatic stress indicators[cortisol（COR）,epinephrine（E）,norepinephrine（NE）],numeric rating scales（NRS）and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the transvertebrae injured group,the amount of blood loss,medical expenses,operation time,hospital stay,incision length and bed time were shorter in the transvertebrae injured group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in ODI score,sagittal Cobb Angle and vertebral body height between the two groups after surgery（P>0.05）.The indexes of serum COR,E and NE in the injured vertebral group were lower than those in the injured vertebral group（P<0.05）.The NRS score of the injured vertebral group was lower than that of the injured vertebral group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the injured vertebra group（2.13%）and the injured vertebra group（9.09%）（P>0.05）.Conclusion Both transsegmental pedicle fixation and transsegmental pedicle fixation can improve the spinal function of patients.In particular,transsegmental pedicle fixation can alleviate the traumatic stress response,reduce postoperative pain,and accelerate the rehabilitation process with high safety.

	20	Clinical Study of Platelet-rich Plasma（PRP）for Lower Extremity Atherosclerotic Occlusive Disease in Stage Ⅱ

		Objective To observe the clinical study of platelet-rich plasma（PRP）for the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease stage Ⅲ.Methods 44 patients with lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 27 cases each.The control group was treated with intravenous Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves injection and Papaverine hydrochloride for injection,and the treatment group was treated with PRP based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the wound healing rate,serum C-reactive protein（CRP）and fibrinogen（FIB）changes before and after treatment.Results The wound healing rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P<0.05）.The reduction of CRP level and FIB level before and after treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Compared with simple debridement,platelet-rich plasma（PRP）used for the treatment of lower limb atherosclerotic occlusive disease stage Ⅲ can improve the wound healing rate,reduce the inflammatory response,and lower fibrinogen,which has good efficacy in clinical practice.

	23	The Application Value of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage in Promoting Wound Healing and Bone Healing Index of Patients after Traumatic Tibial Osteomyelitis

		Objective To investigate the application value of closed negative pressure drainage in wound healing and bone healing indexes of patients after traumatic tibial osteomyelitis.Methods 108 patients with postoperative traumatic tibial osteomyelitis were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into two groups（control group and observation group）according to the wound diagnosis and treatment methods.The control group（n=54）was treated with routine debridement,and the observation group（n=54）was treated with closed negative pressure drainage.The inflammation indexes of osteomyelitis,wound healing indexes,bone healing indexes,self-care ability,and incidence of infection were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the levels of white blood cell count（WBC）,erythrocyte dust reduction rate（ESR）and hypersensitive C-reactive protein（CRP）in observation group were lower than those in control group（P<0.05）.The wound healing time,hospital stay,fracture healing time and external fixation time in observation group were lower than those in control group（P<0.05）.After operation,the scores of physical function and cognitive function in observation group were higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of infection between two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage can accelerate wound healing,improve patients' self-care ability and reduce the inflammatory index of traumatic tibial osteomyelitis.

	27	The Effect of Butorphanol on Urinary Tract Related Bladder Irritation Signs after Male Transurethral Bladder Tumor Resection

		Objective Exploring the effect of butorphanol on catheter-related bladder discomfort（CRBD）after transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT）in males.Methods 68 male patients aged ≥20y and ≤80 years old who underwent TURBT under selective general anesthesia were selected,with ASA grades I to Ⅲ and surgery time ranging from 30 minutes to 120 minutes.Using a random number table generated by online randomization software,patients were divided into two groups：a butorphanol group（Group B）of 34 cases and a control group（Group C）of 34 cases.Group C received anesthesia induction with sufentanil and physiological saline,while Group B received anesthesia induction with sufentanil and butorphanol at a dose of 0.02 mg/kg.Record and compare：①Record the number and degree of CRBD occurrences immediately after extubation（T₀）,1 hour after surgery（T₁）,2 hours after surgery（T₂）,and 6 hours after surgery（T₃）in two groups of patients;②Record the dosage of tramadol and sufentanil for two groups of patients;Record the duration of stay in the Postanesthesia care unit（PACU）after anesthesia for two groups of patients;③Record the sedation levels and incidence of dizziness,nausea,and vomiting in two groups of patients.Results The number and severity of CRBD occurrence in Group B patients at T₀,T₁,T₂,and T₃ were lower than those in Group C,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The amount of tramadol used for salvage treatment in Group B patients with moderate to severe CRBD was significantly lower than that in Group C,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.The duration of stay in PACU in Group B was shorter than that in Group C,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of sufentanil used for pain relief,the level of sedation within the PACU,and the occurrence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea,and vomiting between the two groups of patients（P>0.05）.Conclusion Butorphanol can significantly reduce the incidence and severity of CRBD after TBRBT surgery,and there are no significant adverse reactions.It can be safely and effectively used to alleviate CRBD.

	31	Analysis of the Value of Conjunctival Smear Cytology in the Differential Diagnosis of Conjunctival Disease

		Objective To investigate the expression of clinical significance of conjunctival smear cytology in the differential diagnosis of conjunctival diseases,and to provide reference for early clinical diagnosis and intervention.Methods 68 patients with suspected conjunctivitis were retrospectively selected as the research objects.All patients underwent conjunctival scraping smear cytology and bacterial virological examination after admission.The results of clinical examination and pathogenic examination were taken as the "gold standard".The detection rates of different types of conjunctival diseases were compared.Results Among 68 suspected conjunctival diseases,52 cases were positive by clinical examination and pathogenic examination,50 cases were positive by conjunctival smear cytology examination,and 41 cases were positive by bacterial and virus culture examination.The diagnostic sensitivity,accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of conjunctival smear cytology were 73.08%（38/52）,75.00%（51/68）and 7.69%（4/52）,which were lower than 26.92%（14/52）of bacteria and virus culture（P<0.05）.Conclusions Conjunctival smear cytology can effectively improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of conjunctival disease,and can be used for early screening and diagnosis,which can assist clinical to clarify the type of conjunctival disease,and formulate targeted treatment plans,so as to give treatment as soon as possible.

	34	Study on the Relationship between LDL-C,RC and the Occurrence of Cardiovascular Events in Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension

		Objective This study aims to explore the relationship between low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,residual cholesterol（RC）and cardiovascular events in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods 138 elderly essential hypertension patients were divided into 32 cases and 106 cases according to the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.The general data,admission serum TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,RC level,and neurological function score（NHISS）were compared between the two groups,and the ROC curve was used to analyze the prediction value of the above index level of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension.Results Comparison of disease duration,dietary habits,blood pressure level,hypertension grades Ⅱ-Ⅲ,family history of CAD in the incident and no incident group,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;High lipid levels TC,HDL-C,and RC in the incident group compared with patients in the naive group,LDL-C was lower than that in the untreated group,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;Higher left ventricular end diastolic internal diameter（LVDD）,left ventricular systolic end internal diameter（LVSD）than the occurrence group,Low left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）than in the untreated group,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;Area under the ROC curve of serum lipid TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and RC levels for predicting cardiovascular events in patients（Area Under Curve,AUC）were 0.693,0.694,0.754,and 0.769,respectively,Sensitivity was 68.75%,62.50%,78.12%,and 62.50%,respectively,Specific was 68.87%,73.58%,64.15%,88.68%,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusions TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and RC levels are associated with cardiovascular events in elderly patients with essential hypertension and can be used to assess potential cardiovascular disease risk.

	37	A Mendelian Randomization Analysis on the Causal Associations between Lipids and Diabetic Retinopathy

		Objective To investigate the bidirectional causal relationship between lipid and diabetic retinopathy（DR）.Methods Data of genome-wide association study on lipid and DR were collected.The bidirectional Mendelian randomization（MR）of two samples was performed by inverse variance weighted method,MR-Egger regression method and weighted median method.Cochran's Q test was used to check the heterogeneity of the results and the MR-Egger regression method to evaluate of the results.Results The results of inverse variance weighted method showed that phosphatidylethanolamine（16：0_18：2）（OR=0.916,95%CI：0.864~0.971,P=0.003,PFDR=0.174）and triacylglycerol 50：2（OR=0.850,95%CI：0.760~0.952,P=0.005,PFDR=0.174）decreased the risk of DR.The results of reverse MR analysis showed that DR was causally associated with increased diglycerol（16：0_18：2）（OR=1.064,95%CI：1.021~1.109,P=0.003,PFDR=0.194）and triacylglycerol 50：1（OR=1.067,95%CI：1.026~1.109,P=0.001,PFDR=0.194）.The results of various MR methods were basically consistent,and the results of sensitivity analysis showed that the above results were consistent and reliable.Conclusion Phosphatidylethanolamine（16：0_18：2）and triacylglycerol 50：2 have negative causal associations with the risk of DR,while DR has positive causal effects on diglycerol（16：0_18：2）and triacylglycerol 50：1.

	41	Efficacy and Adverse Effects of HP-related Gastric Ulcer

		Objective To investigate the effect of drug quadruple on Helicobacter pylori（HP）-associated gastric ulcer.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control group（50 cases,triple therapy）and observation group（50 cases,quadrutherapy）.The therapeutic effect,HP eradication rate,gastrointestinal hormone,symptom score and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results The curative effect and eradication rate of HP in observation group were higher than those in control group,the adverse reaction rate and recovery rate of HP were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no difference in gastrointestinal hormone and symptom scores between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment,the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Drug quadruple treatment of HP-associated gastric ulcer is effective and worth popularizing.

	44	Correlation analysis of serum cathepsin S,ANGPTL3 and HN levels with the severity and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease

		Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of cathepsin S,angiopoietin-like protein 3（ANGPTL3）and anti-apoptotic polypeptide（HN）and their predictive value in patients with coronary heart disease and the severity of the disease.Methods A total of 126 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）were selected as the study group,and were divided into 45 cases of single lesions,42 cases of double lesions,and 39 cases of multiple lesions according to the number of lesions,and 42 patients with healthy examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of cathepsin S,ANGPTL3 and HN were compared between the two groups.The serum levels of cathepsin S,ANGPTL3,HN and Gensini score were compared in the study group.The correlation between serum levels of cathepsin S,ANGPTL3 and HN and the number of lesions and Gensini score was analyzed.According to the prognosis of the study group within 6 months after treatment,the patients with poor prognosis and those with good prognosis were divided,and the serum levels of cathepsin S,ANGPTL3 and HN were compared.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of poor prognosis,and receiver operating characteristic curve（ROC）was used to analyze the predictive value of individual and combined serum indexes for poor prognosis.Results The serum levels of cathepsin S and ANGPTL3 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of HN were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05 ANGPTL3<ANGPTL3）.On the contrary,HN（P<0.05）,the serum levels of cathepsin S and ANGPTL3 in patients with poor prognosis were higher than those with good prognosis at 1 month after treatment,and the levels of HN were lower than those with good prognosis（P<0.05 ANGPTL3）.LVEF and serum HN level at 1 month after treatment were independent protective factors for poor prognosis（P<0.05）,and the AUC of cathepsin S,ANGPTL3 and HN was greater than that predicted by individual indicators（P<0.05）.Conclusion The serum levels of cathepsin S and ANGPTL3 are increased,while the serum HN level is decreased,which is closely related to the severity and prognosis of the disease.

	48	Retrospective Analysis of the Effect of New Fractional CO2Laser Combined with Neuromuscular Stimulation in the Treatment of Postpartum Vaginal Relaxation

		Objective To explore the clinical effect of a new type of fractional CO₂ laser combined with neuromuscular stimulation in the treatment of postpartum vaginal relaxation and its impact on vaginal relaxation,pelvic floor muscle function and sexual function.Methods A total of 68 patients with postpartum vaginal relaxation treated were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,there were 34 cases in the control group（neuromuscular stimulation therapy）and 34 cases in the study group（new fractional CO₂ laser combined with neuromuscular stimulation therapy）.The vaginal relaxation,pelvic floor muscle voltage（class Ⅰ muscle fibers,class Ⅱ muscle fibers）,pelvic floor muscle strength（resting,fast and slow muscles）,sexual function,vaginal mucosal indexes and vaginal relaxation related indexes[serum transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1）,relaxant（RLX）,estradiol（E2）]were statistically compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the vaginal relaxation in the study group was decreased after treatment（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the voltage of type Ⅰ muscle fiber and type Ⅱ muscle fiber in the study group were increased after treatment（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the resting muscle strength in the study group was decreased,while the fast and slow muscle strength were increased after treatment（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the scores of of various dimensions of sexual function in the study group were increased after treatment（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the scores of various dimension of vaginal mucosa index in the study group were increased after treatment（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and E2 in the study group were increased after treatment,while the level of RLX was decreased（P<0.05）.Conclusion The new fractional CO₂ laser combined with neuromuscular stimulation in the treatment of postpartum vaginal relaxation can effectively reduce vaginal relaxation,improve pelvic floor muscle function,improve sexual function,vaginal mucosal secretion,and promote local tissue repair.

	91	Effect of Dialectical Behavior Therapy on Cognitive Emotion,Mental Resilience and Immune Function in Patients with Mental Disorders after Heart Transplantation

		Objective To study the effects of dialectical behavior therapy on cognitive emotion,mental resilience and immune function in patients with mental disorders after heart transplantation.Methods 87 patients with mental disorders after heart transplantation in our hospital were randomly assigned,43 cases in the control group were given routine intervention,and 44 cases in the observation group were added dialectical behavior therapy.2 weeks later,cognitive emotion,mental resilience,immune function status and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the negative emotion regulation strategy score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the positive emotion regulation strategy score was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.After intervention,the score of CD-RISC in observation group was higher than that in control group（P<0.05）;After intervention,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ levels of T lymphocyte subsets（CD）in observation group were higher than those in control group,and CD8+ levels were lower than those in control group（P<0.05）.After intervention,the scores of cognitive function,psychological function and physical function in observation group were higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Dialectical behavior therapy can effectively improve the cognitive emotion and mental resilience of patients with mental disorders after heart transplantation,which is conducive to enhancing immune function and improving quality of life.

	94	Application of Peplau Interpersonal Relationship Theory in Blood Glucose Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

		Objective To analyze the application of peplau interpersonal relationship theory in blood glucose management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was provided with routine blood glucose care,while the study group was provided with blood glucose management guided by peplau interpersonal relationship theory.Blood glucose index,self-care ability and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose（FPG）,2h postprandial blood glucose（2hPG）and glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c）of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the self-care score and medication compliance of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Providing blood glucose management intervention guided by peplau interpersonal relationship theory can improve blood glucose management efficiency,self-care ability and medication compliance of type 2 diabetes patients.

	112	Effects of the Addition and Subtraction of Zhenggan Huazheng Tang Together with Western Drug Therapy on Liver Function and T Lymphocyte Subpopulations in Patients with Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

		Objective To explore the application effect of the addition and subtraction of Zhenggan Huazheng Tang together with western medicines（Capecitabine+Lenvatinib mesylate+Oxaliplatin）in the treatment of patients with Primary Liver Cancer（PLC）.Methods 68 patients with PLC were retrospectively selected according to the matching principle for the study,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group according to different treatment schemes.Among them,those who were treated with Capecitabine+Lenvartinib mesylate were included in the control group,and those who were treated with Zhenggan Huazheng Decoction plus Capecitabine+Lenvartinib mesylate were included in the observation group.Objective remission rates were compared between the two groups,as well as the levels of liver function indicators[alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,total bilirubin（TBIL）],T lymphocyte subsets（CD3+,CD4+/CD8+）,and tumor markers[vimentin（VIM）,alpha fetoprotein（AFP）,Golgi protein 73（GP73）]before treatment,after 2 and 4 courses of treatment,and the occurrence of toxic side effects was also compared between the two groups.Results The Objective remission rate of the observation group（64.71%）was higher than that of the control group（35.29%）（P<0.05）;after 2 and 4 courses of treatment,the levels of ALP and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）;the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 2 and 4 courses of treatment（P<0.05）;the levels of VIM,AFP and GP73 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 2 and 4 courses of treatment（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the incidence of various toxic and side effects in the observation group（P>0.05）.Conclusion Zhenggan Huazheng Decoction combined with Capecitabine+Lenvatinib mesylate in the treatment of PLC patients can effectively improve the Objective remission rate of the disease,reduce the damage of liver function and immune function,delay the progression of the disease,and is safe and reliable.

	119	Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Allergic Purpura Nephritis with Yangyin Zhixue Formula Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application

		Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Yangyin Zhixue Decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic purpura nephritis.Methods Sixty sick persons with allergic purpura nephritis were selected and separated into two groups according to the random number table：the nourishing yin and hemostatic formula group（30 cases）and the treatment group（30 cases）.The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-8,serum creatinine（SCr）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,24-hour urinary protein and urinary RBC count were measured before and after treatment.Results The entirely effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,and the effective rate of the Yangyin Zhixue Decoction group was 90.0 %.There was a major difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.In terms of reducing urinary protein and urinary red blood cells,there were major differences between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.05）.The level of TNF-α in the serum of the two groups after treatment was inferior to before treatment（P<0.05）,and the contrast between the two groups（P<0.05）;the serum levels of IL-8 and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）,and there was no obvious difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Yangyin Zhixue Formula and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application is superior to the single use of Yangyin Zhixue Formula in improving clinical symptoms,reducing urinary protein,and reducing red blood cells in patients with purpura,which may protect renal function by regulating immune imbalance in patients with purpura.

	125	Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Musical Psychological Relaxation on Depression and Related Somatic Symptoms in Adolescents

		Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with musical psychological relaxation on depression and related somatic symptoms in adolescents.Methods The data of 106 adolescents with depression were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into control group（receiving music psychological relaxation therapy）and observation group（receiving music psychological relaxation therapy + acupuncture therapy）according to different treatment plans,with 53 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD-17）,Depression and Somatization Symptom Scale（DSSS-22）,disease-related factors[NT-3,5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）,nerve growth factor（NGF）]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.57%（48/53）higher than that of control group 75.47%（40/53）（P<0.05）.Compared with control group,HAMD-17 score in observation group was lower after treatment（P<0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the somatization score,depression score and DSSS-22 total score of observation group were significantly decreased after treatment（P<0.05）.Compared with before treatment,NGF and NT-3 decreased and 5-HT increased in both groups,and the observation group was more significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Music psychological relaxation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of adolescent depression can regulate the secretion of neurotransmitter,reduce the degree of depression,relieve physical symptoms,and have a significant effect and high safety.

	137	Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Lupus nephritis

		Lupus nephritis（lupus nephritis,LN）is one of the most common complications of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.The traditional view is that the mechanism of this disease is that lymphocytes produce a large number of antibodies against autoantigens and form immune complexes to deposit in different tissues,leading to kidney involvement and showing progressive damage.LN delay is difficult to heal and easy to relapse,and the treatment is mainly using glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants,and the prognosis is poor.In recent years,TCM has conducted a lot of research and exploration in the treatment of LN,and has shown reliable clinical efficacy and safety.The author will summarize and elaborate the research progress in recent years from the aspects of disease name,etiology,treatment method,ancient prescription,Chinese medicine,extract and characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide theoretical reference basis for the clinical work and research of LN.
