Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of serum troponin I,creatine kinase and troponin T in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 60 patients with gestational hypertension were selected as the observation group, and 60 pregnant women with normal gestational blood pressure in the same period were selected as the control group. The general data, serum troponin I,creatine kinase and troponin T levels of the two groups were compared, and their correlation with patients' blood pressure was analyzed. The sensitivity and specificity of pregnancy induced hypertension were analyzed by ROC curve. Results There was no significant difference in age, gestational week, pregnancy times and parity between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum troponin I,creatine kinase and troponin T in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);ROC curve showed that serum troponin I,creatine kinase and troponin T had predictive value for the onset of pregnancy induced hypertension(P<0.05),and were positively correlated with the blood pressure level of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum troponin I,creatine kinase and troponin T in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy are high. The levels of serum troponin I,creatine kinase and troponin T are positively correlated with the blood pressure levels in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, which is helpful to predict hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
