Abstract:Objective To investigate the occurrence of chronic pain after thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma, and to analyze the related factors inducing chronic pain after thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Methods 70 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected as the research objects. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The incidence of chronic pain after thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma during the follow-up period was counted,The influencing factors of chronic pain after thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed. Results After thoracoscopic lobectomy in 70 patients with lung adenocarcinoma,34 patients had chronic pain, the incidence rate was 48.57%;Postoperative lung cancer patients with chronic pain, diabetes, postoperative anxiety, postoperative drainage tube placement time greater than 4D,postoperative analgesia with PCIA compared with no patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression model showed that diabetes, postoperative anxiety, postoperative drainage tube placement time greater than 4D,and postoperative analgesia without PCIA were risk factors for chronic pain after thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients with lung adenocarcinoma(OR>1,P<0.05). Conclusion the risk of chronic pain is higher in patients with lung adenocarcinoma after thoracoscopic lobectomy.Factors such as diabetes, postoperative anxiety, postoperative drainage tube placement time and postoperative PCIA analgesia may increase the risk of postoperative chronic pain.
