Yang Xueqi, Li Dan, Min Wei
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.01.002
Objective
To clarify the expression of PD-L1 in Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma(cSCC),and discuss their possible roles in tumor immune escape.
Methods
First,we used immunohistochemistry method to examined the expression of PD-L1 molecule in age-matched normal subject samples, precancerous lesion samples and clinical skin cSCC tissue samples. And immunofluorescence was applied to detect the expression of PD-L1 in primary epithelial cells and skin squamous cell line A431.In addition,we also detected the expression of PD-L1 in the peripheral blood CD14 positive cells and PD -1 in peripheral T cells of cSCC patients by flow cytometry method, then analyzed the differences in PD-L1 expression levels in different populations.
Results
Immunohistochemical results showed a significant upregulation of PD-L1 in actinic keratinized tissues and squamous cell carcinoma tissues and a significant down-regulation of PD-L1 in normal skin tissues.Resultsof immunofluorescence showed a strongly difference of PD-L1 between primary epithelial cells and skin squamous cell.Furthermore, the increase of PD-L1 was no strongly associated with gender, age, and tumor risk factors. In addition(
P>
0.05),the results also proved a significant high expression of co-inhibitory molecules such as PD-L1 in peripheral blood CD 14 positive cells and PD-L1 ligands PD-1 in peripheral T cells of cSCC.
Conclusion
Our results suggest that PD-L1 plays an important role in the occurrence of cSCC and the immune escape of tumors, and it provides the possibility for PD-L1 molecules to be used as a potential target for early diagnosis and immunotherapy of cSCC.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.01.019
Objective
To explore the correlation between asthmatic bronchitis and vitamin D deficiency.
Methods
50 children with asthmatic bronchitis were selected as the study group.According to the treatment scheme, they were divided into study group 1 and study group 2,with 25 cases in each group.50 healthy children who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Study group 1 was treated with routine treatment, and study group 2 was treated with vitamin D supplementation on the basis of group 1.The levels of vitamin D,IgE and IL-6 in the three groups were compared, and the therapeutic effects of the study group were analyzed and compared.
Results
Vitamin D in the study group was lower than that in the control group(
P<
0.05);Compared with the control group,IgE and IL-6 water in the study group were higher on average(
P<
0.05);The recurrence times of wheezing, the remission time of wheezing and cough and the disappearance time of pulmonary signs in study group 2 were less than those in study group 1(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
The incidence of asthmatic bronchitis is closely related to vitamin D deficiency, and may lead to the increase of IgE and IL-6 levels.Taking reasonable vitamin D supplementation can accelerate the remission of symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of asthmatic bronchitis, which is worthy of popularization and application.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.01.020
Objective
To explore the curative effect of sodium valproate on children with epilepsy of different ages and the monitoring effect of plasma drug concentration.
Methods
90 children with epilepsy were selected as subjects. All children were treated with sodium valproate, and the plasma concentration of sodium valproate was monitored to analyze the distribution of the plasma concentration of sodium valproate in children of different ages. And evaluate the therapeutic effect of children with different plasma concentrations of sodium valproate.
Results
The results showed that the blood concentration of sodium valproate in children less than 3 years old was significantly higher than that in other two groups(
P<
0.05).The blood concentration of sodium valproate(50-100μg/mL)in children aged 3-5 years and 6-12 years was significantly higher than that in children aged less than 3 years(
P<
0.05).The poisoning rate of blood drug concentration > 100μg/mL was higher than that of the other two groups(
P<
0.05),and the total effective rate of blood drug concentration<50μg/mL was significantly lower than that of the other two groups(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
There are obvious differences in serum concentration levels of epileptic children of different ages after receiving sodium valproate treatment, and there are also great differences in therapeutic effects for children with different serum concentration of sodium valproate. Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the medication regimen according to the specific situation of children and monitor the blood drug concentration in time to improve the therapeutic effect of sodium valproate.

Fan Yongmei, Lv Kaiyang, Zeng Yueqin, Liu Wenjun
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.01.051
Cicatrix is a series of damage and repair reactions in the damaged part after the body's skin tissue is subjected to trauma or burns and other adverse stresses, and finally ends in connective tissue repair, forming a tissue form that is not exactly the same as normal skin structure and function.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)can secrete various growth factors, promote cell regeneration and repair, and can promote angiogenesis in cicatrix tissues and reduce local inflammation;degrade abnormally accumulated collagen and reshape cicatrix tissue;it has a two-way regulatory effect on the immune function of local tissues. Therefore, the application of MSCs in the prevention and treatment of cicatrix has broad application prospects. This article reviews the literature published in recent years, and reviews the research directions and clinical applications of MSCs on cicatrix tissue treatment mechanisms such as regeneration and healing,anti-inflammatory effects,anti-fibrosis effects, and immune regulation.
