DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.02.001
Objective To analyze the differentially expressed miRNAs associated with preeclampsia, select miR-152 predicted target genes and perform bioinformatics analysis to explore the molecular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods The most significantly upregulated miR-152 in the dataset GSE103542 was selected as the study target, and its target genes were predicted and taken for intersection.GO functional annotation and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersecting target genes were performed using the DAVID network online enrichment tool, and the STRING website was used to analyze their protein interactions. Results The 418 intersecting target genes obtained are mainly involved in biological processes such as bioadhesion, cell adhesion and cell developmental regulation;in cell composition, they are mainly involved in plasma membrane components, lattice protein vesicles;in molecular functions, they are mainly involved in calcium binding, ion binding.KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis showed that it was mainly involved in signaling pathways regulating stem cell pluripotency and TGF signaling pathway.Protein interaction analysis showed that IGF1R,SMAD3,RPS6KB1 and PPP2CA were the key nodes of the protein interaction network. Conclusion miR-152 may affect trophoblast proliferation, invasion and apoptosis through the TGF signaling pathway in multiple ways in the development of pre-eclampsia.

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Jianpi Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)- positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type. Methods 88 patients with HP positive CAG treated were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases). The control group was treated with triple therapy, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo Decoction for 1 month. The clinical efficacy, serum gastrin-17(G-17),pepsin level, immune function and safety were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);G-17 [(386.74 ± 38.64)ng /L] and pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ)[(58.13±5.33)in the observation group after treatment μg/L] was higher than that in the control group [(342.89±35.79)ng/L,(54.15±5.25)μg/L],pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)[(10.35±1.53)μg/L] was lower than that in the control group [(13.68±1.71)μg/L],with statistical difference(P<0.05);After treatment,CD4+ [(45.85±4.82)%] and CD4+/CD8+ [(1.85±0.28)] in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(41.41±4.56)%,(1.58±0.26)],and CD8+ [(24.85±2.11)%] were lower than those in the control group [(26.23±2.27)%](P<0.05);There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Jianpi Tongluo Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of HP positive CAG of spleen stomach deficiency cold type, correct the abnormal immune function of patients, and accelerate the normalization of G-17,PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ.It is safe and reliable.

Liu Xue, Guo Lingchuan
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.02.047
CD155,a glycoprotein of immunoglobulin superfamily,is up-regulated in a variety of malignant tumor cells and associated with patient prognosis.Recently, the immunoregulatory role of CD155 has attracted extensive attention in tumors.CD155 could interact with co-stimulatory receptors(CD226)and co-inhibitory receptors(TIGIT and CD96),regulating function of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes.Immunotherapy of targeting CD155 signaling is expected to improve the prognosis of tumor patients and has great potential for clinical application. This article will review the research progress of CD155 from the aspects of the relationship between CD155 and the prognosis of malignant tumor patients, immunoregulatory role and related immunotherapy.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-8131.2023.02.048
Osteoarthritis, also known as osteoarthropathy,is caused by fibrosis of articular cartilage by a variety of factors.Chaps, ulcers and prolapse lead to degenerative diseases with joint pain as the main symptom. The etiology is not clear, and its occurrence is related to age, obesity, inflammation, trauma and genetic factors.Integrins are large, transmembrane heterodimer proteins that are necessary for the growth, differentiation, and survival of animal cells. In order to enable cells to respond to the dynamic extracellular environment, integrins have evolved a highly sensitive receptor activation mechanism, mainly regulated by tertiary and quaternary structural changes. Many studies have confirmed that chondrocytes express integrin α5β1,αVβ3,αVβ5,α6β1,α1β1,α2β1,α10β1 and α3β1.Some integrin ligands may be biomarkers for the progression of OA.This paper reviews the progress of the research of integrins and their extracellular ligands in osteoarthritis, especially the functional roles of osteoarthritis cartilage. To clarify the role of integrins and ligands in osteoarthritis cartilage and provide theoretical basis for further treatment of arthritis in the future.
