Clinical Study of Low-Dose Urokinase in the Treatment of Acute Mild Cerebral Infarction

Objective
To study the clinical effect of low-dose urokinase in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods
50 patients were selected for study,divided into study group and routine group,25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks,and the total effective rate was calculated.The neurological deficit score scale(NIHSS)and the modified Rankin score,Barth index(BI),and activity of daily living(ADL)were used to treat the patient's nerves.The function,as well as the quality of life and daily living ability,are assessed.The plasma viscosity,high and low cut whole blood viscosity,and fibrinogen(FIB)levels were compared before and after treatment.
Results
After comparison,the NIHSS score and the improved Rankin(mRS)score of the study group were much better than the conventional group 3 months after treatment,

0.05,the difference between the groups was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups,

Effect of Sleep Quality on Cognitive Function in the Elderly After Ischemic Stroke

Objective
Characteristic analysis of the relationship between sleep quality and cognitive function in the elderly after ischemic stroke.
Methods
105 patients with chronic insomnia after ischemic stroke were included.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the degree of insomnia(some patients with chronic insomnia received questionnaire survey),and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)was used to evaluate the overall cognitive function of 105 patients.They were divided into two groups:non dementia group(psci-nd)with sleep cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke(n=45)and non cognitive impairment group(n=60).Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)was used to assess cognitive function.Activities of daily living scale(ADL)was recorded and relevant clinical data were collected for comparative analysis.
Results
The education years of psci-nd group were significantly lower than those of non PSCI group(

0.05).The age of psci-nd group was significantly higher than that of non PSCI group(

High Concentrations of Glucose on the Proliferation of Retinal Müller Cells

Objective
To investage the pathological changes of Müller cells during the course of diabetic retinopathy by measuring the growth activity of retinal Muller cells in the medium containing different concentrations of glucose.
Methods
MTT assay was used to detect the OD value of Rabbit Müller cells in the medium containing different concentrations of glucose,which were cultured by the explant tissue culture method.
Results
High glucose could stimulate Müller cells growth in the first day.Along with culture time extension to 3 day, Müller cells in the high glucose could be seen more diacaustic,some cells' neurite retracted.The OD value was less and less along with culture time extension and glucose concentration increasing.
Conclusion
The proliferation of Müller cells was inhibited significantly in the high concentration of glucose.

Effect of Metoprolol Combined With Dopamine in the Treatment of Severe Heart Failure and Its Influence on Serum CysC,Hcy and BNP Levels

Objective
To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with dopamine in the treatment of severe heart failure and its influence on serum cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).
Methods
According to the coin toss method,86 patients with severe heart failure were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was given dopamine intravenous drip,and the observation group was given metoprolol on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy and serum indexes(CysC,Hcy,BN)of the two groups were compared P)And adverse reactions(bradycardia,palpitation,headache,vomiting).
Results
After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(

0.05).After one month of treatment,the levels of BNP,CysC and Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of BNP,CysC and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(

0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(

0.05).
Conclusion
Metoprolol combined with dopamine in the treatment of severe heart failure can enhance the curative effect,inhibit the expression of BNP,CysC,Hcy,and does not increase adverse reactions.

Effects of Carbidopa and Levodopa Controlled Release Tablets Combined With Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets on Plasma Hcy and Folic Acid Levels in Patients With Parkinson's Disease

Objective
To study the effects of Carbidopa and Levodopa Controlled Release Tablets combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets on plasma homocysteine(Hcy)and folic acid levels in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).
Methods
86 patients with PD who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital were randomized into combined group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets,and the combined group was treated with Carbidopa and Levodopa Controlled Release Tablets combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets.The total response rates and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Meanwhile,cognitive function(MMSE and MoCA scores)and plasma folic acid and Hcy levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.
Results
The total response rate of combined group(88.37%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.77%)(

0.05).After treatment,folic acid levels of both groups were significantly increased,and Hcy levels were significantly reduced.Besides,the folic acid level of combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and Hcy level was significantly lower than the control group(
P<
0.05).After treatment,MMSE and MoCA scores of both groups were significantly increased.Besides,the scores of combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(
P<
0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(13.95% vs.16.28%)(

Conclusion
Carbidopa and Levodopa Controlled Release Tablets combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets are effective in treatment of PD,which can significantly improve cognitive function and plasma Hcy,folic acid levels.

Sufentanil Combined With Midazolam for Analgesia and Sedation in Patients With Severe Head injury and Its Influence on Stress Response

Objective
To investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with midazolam in patients with severe head injury and its influence on stress response.
Methods
A total of 85 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the ICU of our hospital were selected.After admission,they were treated with comprehensive treatment,and 1-3μg/(kg·h)sufentanil combined with 50mg mida were used.Zolam is sedative and analgesic.Observe the stress response,sedative and analgesic effects,intracranial pressure levels and adverse drug reactions at different time points before and after administration.
Results
There was no significant difference in stress response indexes at different time points before and after administration(

0.05);the scores of sedation and analgesia at different time points after administration were lower than those before administration,and the difference was statistically significant(

<0.05);After the administration,the intracranial pressure level of the patients showed a continuous downward trend,and the difference was statistically significant(

0.05);the total adverse reaction rate of 85 patients was 5.88%,after adjusting the dose The adverse reactions disappeared and no serious adverse events were caused.
Conclusion
Sufentanil combined with midazolam for severe craniocerebral injury can achieve the desired effect,which is beneficial to reduce intracranial pressure without causing severe stress response,maintaining good sedation,reducing the pain of the patient,and adverse reactions.The rate is low and it is worthy of wide application.

Application of CT Calcification Distribution Characteristics in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Solitary Spherical Pulmonary Lesions

Objective
To study the application effect of CT calcification distribution characteristics in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary spherical pulmonary lesions.
Methods
The study retrospectively reviewed 66 patients with solitary spherical pulmonary lesions treated in the hospital,and they were divided into benign group and malignant group according to the nature of the lesions.All subjects received CT examination,and images as well as calcification distribution characteristics of the two groups were observed and compared.
Results
The incidences of lamellar calcification and central calcification were significantly higher in the benign group than in the malignant group(

0.05),while the incidences of punctiform calcification,diffuse calcification and marginal calcification were significantly lower in the benign group than in the malignant group(
P<
0.05).The calcification area,calcification area ratio,total calcification area,total calcification area ratio,calcification density area and calcification density area ratio were significantly higher in the begin group than in the malignant group(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
CT calcification distribution characteristics can be used to effectively distinguish benign and malignant solitary spherical pulmonary lesions,and the images have high resolution.

Comparison of Clinical Outcomes and Perinatal Outcomes of PPROM Puerperae At Different Visit Times

Objective
To compare the clinical outcomes and perinatal outcomes of PPROM puerperae at different visit times,so as to provide evidence for clinical guidance.
Methods
The clinical data of 130 cases of PPROM puerperae and their newborns in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.And they were divided into 75 cases with clinic time less than 2h(α group),44 cases with clinic time of 2 to 12h(β group),and 11 cases with clinic time more than 12h(γ group)according to the clinic time.The baseline data,delivery modes,clinical outcomes and perinatal outcomes were compared among the three groups.
Results
There were no statistically significant differences in the baseline data among the three groups(
P>
0.05).In terms of delivery modes,there was no significant difference in vaginal shun yield,vaginal midwifery rate and caesarean section rate among the three groups(
P>
0.05).In the maternal clinical outcomes,the incidence rate of intrauterine infection in γ group was significantly higher than that in α group(
P<
0.05),and the incidence rate of puerperal infection in γ group was significantly higher than that in α and β groups(
P<
0.05).In perinatal outcomes,the neonatal infection rate in α and β groups was significantly lower than that in γ group(
P<
0.05),and there was no significant difference in the neonatal infection rate between α group and β group(

0.05).NRDS incidence rate in α group were significantly lower than those in β and γ groups(

0.05),and there was no significant difference in NRDS incidence rate between β group and γ group(

Conclusion
PPROM puerperae have different pregnancy outcomes owing to different clinic time,and standardized treatment for patients within 2h of clinic time can effectively improve maternal-infant outcomes.

Curative Effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets Combined With Mosapride in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective
To study the curative effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).
Methods
128 patients with FD treated were randomly divided into group A(65 cases)and group B(63 cases).Group A were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride,while group B orally took mosapride.The curative effect and adverse reactions were observed.The gastric emptying rates and gastrointestinal hormones [vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),substance P(SP),motilin(MTL)] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results
The total response rate in group A was 93.85%,higher than 80.95% in group B(
P<
0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying rates of the two groups increased significantly,and group A had a higher gastric emptying rate than group B(
P<
0.05).After treatment,VIP decreased significantly,while SP and MTL increased significantly,all of which were better in group A than in group B(
P<
0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(10.77% vs.6.35%)(

0.05)).
Conclusion
Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with mosapride is effective in the treatment of FD,which can significantly improve the patients' gastrointestinal hormone levels and gastric emptying rate,with high safety.

Influence Factors of Asthma Control Level in Elderly Patients With Bronchial Asthma

Objective
To explore the influencing factors of asthma control level in elderly patients with bronchial asthma(BA).
Methods
83 elderly BA patients who were treated divided into a well-controlled asthma group(n=51)and a poorly controlled asthma group(n=32)according to their asthma control level,and the influencing factors of poor asthma control in elderly BA patients were analyzed.
Results
According to the assessment of asthma control level,51 of the 83 patients had good asthma control,accounting for 61.45%.There were 32 cases of asthma with poor control,accounting for 38.55%.The results of univariate analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that anxiety,smoking history and medication compliance were generally the influencing factors for poor asthma control in elderly BA patients(OR>1,

0.05).
Conclusion
Anxiety,smoking history and medication compliance are generally the influencing factors of poor asthma control in elderly BA patients.Based on this,active intervention measures can be taken clinically to strengthen the level of asthma control in patients with BA.

Effects of Hemoperfusion Combined With Methylprednisolone Tablets on Renal Function and Prognosis of Patients With MODS Caused By Severe Bee Stings

Objective
To investigate the curative effect of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with methylprednisolone tablets in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)caused by severe bee stings and the influence on renal function and prognosis.
Methods
Seventy patients with MODS caused by bee stings who were admitted and treated in the hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and methylprednisolone tablets,and the observation group was treated with HP on the basis of the treatment for control group.All subjects were treated for 7 days.The hospital stay,acute physiological and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)scores,sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)scores and case fatality rate were compared between the two groups.Renal function,coagulation function and levels of myocardial injury markers were measured before and after treatment.
Results
After treatment,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),blood uric acid(Ua),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fbg),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a),interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(Il-8)levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment,and the above-mentioned indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(
P<
0.05).The hospital stay,APACHE II score,SOFA score and case fatality rate of the observation group were significantly shorter/lower than those of the control group(

0.05).
Conclusion
HP combined with methylprednisolone tablets for treating MODS caused by bee stings can effectively improve the patient's renal and coagulation function,reduce systemic inflammatory response,promote microcirculation of vital organs,improve the prognosis,and reduce mortality.

Comparison of the Effect of Microscopic Surgery on HICH Under Different Approaches

Objective
To explore the effect of microscopic surgery for HICH under different approaches.
Methods
92 patients with HICH were randomly divided into control group(n=46,treated with transtemporal cortex microscopic hematoma removal)and observation group(n=46,treated with microscopic cerebral hematoma removal via lateral fissure approach).The operation conditions(operation time,postoperative awake time,intraoperative blood loss)were compared between the two groups,the hematoma clearance rate between the two groups was compared,and the brain tissue injury related indexes(S100β,NSE,IL-6)were compared before and 7 days after the operation.The state of consciousness and rehabilitation(GCS,CRS-R)and the incidence of complications in the two groups14 days after operation were compared.
Results
The operation time and postoperative wake-up time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(
P<
0.05),the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(
P<
0.05),and the hematoma clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(
P<
0.05).At 7 days postoperatively,the S100β,NSE,and IL-6 of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(

0.05),the GCS and CRS-R scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the operation,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(

0.05).At 14 days postoperatively,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(

Conclusion
Transfission approach microscopy surgery has a significant effect in the treatment of HICH.Compared with traditional percutaneous approach surgery,it has more advantages in hematoma removal,and the operation method is simple,causing less brain tissue damage to the patient,which is more conducive to the prognosis and recovery of the patient.

Survey on the Incidence Trend of Gestational Diabetes in Xinzheng City From 2014 to 2019

Objective
To investigate the incidence trend of gestational diabetes(GDM)in Xinzheng City from 2014 to 2019,so as to provide a scientific basis for patient management.
Methods
Select two hospitals in Xinzheng City,obtain the total number of hospitalized deliveries and the number of GDM cases from 2014 to 2019 through the case query system and the newborn birth register,count the annual incidence of GDM,observe its change trend,and analyze GDM onset characteristics.
Results
Among 25,448 pregnant women surveyed from 2014 to 2019,782 cases were GDM.The annual incidence of GDM from 2014 to 2019 was 2.36%,2.40%,2.90%,3.27%,3.58%,and 3.92%.There was no significant difference in the composition ratio of GDM pregnant women in different age groups from 2014 to 2019(

0.05),but it can be seen that the proportion of GDM pregnant women ≥35 years old increased.The diagnosis time of pregnant women with GDM in 2016,2017,2018,and 2019 was earlier than 2014(all

0.05),2019 The diagnosis time of pregnant women with GDM in 2016 was earlier than 2016(

Conclusion
From 2014 to 2019,the incidence of GDM in Xinzheng City showed an increasing trend.The proportion of pregnant women with GDM ≥35 years old and the time of diagnosis of GDM pregnant women respectively showed an upward trend and an earlier trend.

Effect of Fluticasone Propionate Combined With Cefadroxil in the Treatment of Children With Bronchopneumonia

To investigate the effect of fluticasone propionate combined with cefadroxil in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.
Methods
According to the random number table method,84 cases of children with bronchopneumonia were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with cefadroxil on the basis of the control group.The observation group was treated with fluticasone propionate on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared Clinical efficacy,pulmonary function(VC,PEF,FEV1/FVC),adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,headache,sleep disorders,hyperthyroidism).
Results
After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(

0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of VC,PEF and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(

Effect of Racecadotril Granule Combined With Zinc Gluconate on the Improvement of Diarrhea Symptoms in Children

Objective
To observe the effect of racecadotril granule combined with zinc gluconate on the improvement of diarrhea symptoms in children.
Methods
A total of 74 children with pediatric diarrhea were selected and divided into a single group(n=37)and a combined group(n=37)according to a random number table.The single group was treated with racecadotril granule treatment,the combination group was treated with zinc gluconate on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,clinical symptoms improvement time,myocardial enzyme levels(AST,CK-MB)and serum inflammatory factor levels(IL-6,TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results
The total effective rate of the combined group 94.59%(35/37)was higher than 75.68%(28/37)in the single group(
P<
0.05),the time of antipyretic,antidiarrheal and antiemetic in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group(
P<
0.05).After treatment,AST and CK-MB in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(
P<
0.05),after treatment,the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
The use of racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate in the treatment of children with diarrhea is effective,which can reduce inflammatory reactions,regulate myocardial enzyme levels,and improve clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical application.

Observation on efficacy of rectal administration of ibuprofen mixed solution on infantile febrile convulsion

Objective
To observe the efficacy of rectal administration of ibuprofen mixed solution on infantile febrile convulsion.
Methods
A total of 64 children patients with febrile convulsion were selected.All children patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Control group were given ibuprofen and diazepam intramuscular injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group were given ibuprofen mixed solution for rectal administration Control group was given conventional drugs and physical hypothermia,and study group was given rectal administration of ibuprofen mixed solution on the basis of control group.The treatment effects,and serum related indicators [neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S-100β protein] were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions,fever recurrence and convulsion recurrence were recorded in the two group.
Results
After treatment,the total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(93.75% vs 75.00%)(

0.05).After treatment,the levels of NSE and S-100β in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(
P<
0.05),and the above-mentioned indexes in study group were lower than those in control group(
P<
0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rates of fever and convulsions in study group were lower than those in control group(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
For infantile febrile convulsion,rectal administration of ibuprofen mixed solution has significant treatment effects,reduce the serum NSE and S-100β protein,with low adverse reaction rate,but can also reduce the recurrence of fever and convulsions in children patients,with good clinical application value.

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Different Radiotherapy Modes in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective
To explore the clinical effect of different radiotherapy modes for non-small cell lung cancer.
Methods
The clinical data of 62 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed.31 patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy were included in the control group,and 31 patients with intensity-modulated radiotherapy were included in the observation group.The levels of serum tumor markers and side effects were compared between the two groups.
Results
After 6 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(
P<
0.05);during the treatment,the incidence of ≥II radiation pneumonia and ≥ II radiation esophagitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(
P<
0.05);the incidence of ≥ II spinal cord depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(
P<
0.05)There was no difference between the two groups(

0.05).
Conclusion
Compared with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,intensity-modulated radiotherapy can reduce the serum tumor markers levels and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

Analysis of The Value of Ultrasound BI-RADS Grade 3~5 in The Diagnosis of Breast Malignant Tumor

Objective
Discuss the value analysis of ultrasound BI-RADS grade 3~5 in the diagnosis of breast malignant tumor.
Methods
There were 134 patients with ultrasound BI-RADS grade 3~5 and underwent puncture biopsy or surgical resection.The total number of lesions was 165.The correlation between different BI-RADS grades and pathological results was analyzed.
Results
Of the 165 lesions,34 were malignant(20.60%),131 were benign(79.40%),In patients with malignant tumors,Age<40 years 6 cases 17.65%(6/34),Prevalence rate 11.76%(6/51);Age≥40 years 28 cases 82.35%(28/34),The prevalence rate was 33.73%(28/83).Malignant lesions had significant differences in morphology,shape,margin,internal echo,posterior echo attenuation,microcalcification,vascular distribution,blood flow resistance index(

0.05).
Conclusion
Ultrasound BI-RADS grading can accurately evaluate breast masses,Description of specifications Ultrasound is the first choice for breast cancer screening and diagnosis,and has important clinical significance for the detection of early breast cancer.

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopic Mediastinectomy in the Treatment of Incomplete Mediastinum

Objective
To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic mediastinal hysterectomy in the treatment of incomplete mediastinum.
Methods
A total of 94 patients with incomplete uterine mediastinum were selected and divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47)according to their admission time.The control group was treated with transabdominal hysterectomy,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic hysterectomy.The perioperative indicators and postoperative pregnancy status of the two groups were compared.
Results
The operative time(56.40±12.65)min and the length of hospital stay(3.74±0.58)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(68.97±13.10)min and(6.05±1.02)d],and the intraoperative blood loss(30.16±8.05)mL was less than that in the control group(58.42±8.69)mL,with statistically significant differences(
P<
0.05).The pregnancy rate(95.74%)and the live birth rate(86.67%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(80.85%),(63.16%)],and the spontaneous abortion rate(13.33%)in the pregnant patients was lower than that in the control group(36.84%),with statistically significant differences(

0.05).
Conclusion
Hysteroscopic hysterectomy for incomplete uterine mediastinum can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,benefit postoperative recovery,improve postoperative pregnancy rate,and improve pregnancy outcome.

Clinical controlled study of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and modified small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stones

Objective
To explore the effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and modified small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder stones.
Methods
Using a clinical controlled study,148 patients with gallbladder stones who underwent elective cholecystectomy were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized block method with 74 cases in each group.The control group received modified small incision cholecystectomy,whereas the observation group received transumbilical single-hole cholecystectomy.The surgical effect and surgical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results
The intraoperative blood loss and time of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(
P<
0.05),but the difference in surgical time between the two groups was not statistically significant(
P>
0.05).The percentage of patients with AS pain score≥ 5 points in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the percentage of postoperative incision aesthetic satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(

0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of satisfactory surgical quality between the two groups(
P>
0.05).
Conclusion
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively treat gallbladder stones and prompt patients to recover quickly,and it has smaller surgical incision,and its effect is better than modified small incision cholecystectomy.

Application Comparison of Different Ventilation Modes in Mechanical Ventilation of Newborns With Respiratory Failure

Objective
To compare the effects of different ventilation modes in mechanical ventilation of newborns with respiratory failure(ARF).
Methods
150 cases of ARF neonates diagnosed and treated were selected for a retrospective study.The children were divided into study group(78 cases)and control group(72 cases)according to different ventilation modes.The former was given SIMV mode,the latter was given CPAP mode.The ventilator ventilation time,hospitalization time,and changes of blood gas indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of children,and the curative effect was evaluated.
Results
There was no significant difference in the blood gas index levels between the two groups of children before treatment(

0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PO
2
)in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the other blood gas index levels were significantly lower than the control group(

0.05).The ventilation time and hospitalization time of children in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(

0.05),the effective rate of children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(

0.05).
Conclusion
The application of SIMV in neonates with ARF can improve the blood gas indexes of the infants and promote the recovery of lung compliance,thereby shorten the ventilator treatment time and has a better therapeutic effect.

Analysis of Related Substances in Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection

Objective
To investigate the determination of related substances in dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection.
Methods
HPLC method was used as the raw material of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and the related substances in injection and the journal were tested,and the function and relationship of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and excipients as well as the composition of the journal were analyzed.
Results
The solvent was mobile phase,the two components' trailing factor,theoretical plate number and separation degree were higher in methanol solvent. The solvent was mobile phase. The theoretical plate number,trailing factor and separation degree of two components were higher than that of methanol solvent.
Conclusion
The technological improvement,strengthening quality control and effectively perfecting test data can create good value for the safe use of Dexamethasone Sodium Injection.

Application Analysis of Ulinastatin Combined With Azithromycin Sequential in Children With Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Objective
To explore the sequential application of ulinastatin combined with azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
Methods
Eighty children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation and control groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given azithromycin on the basis of conventional treatment;the observation group was given ulinastatin combined with azithromycin on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effect,the length of time for symptom disappearance and complications of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.
Results
After the corresponding treatment,the two groups achieved good therapeutic effects.Among them,the children who received the sequential combined treatment of ulinastatin and azithromycin had more significant effects and higher treatment efficiency(

0.05).The clinical symptoms such as high body temperature,pulmonary rales,and cough in the combined sequential group were also better controlled,and the clinical symptoms disappeared in a short time(
P<
0.05),which is more conducive to the physical and mental health of the children.After treatment,the observation group compared with the control group had a lower incidence of complications,fewer types,higher safety,and easier clinical cure.
Conclusion
The combination of ulinastatin and azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can achieve better results,fewer complications,and higher safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.

Clinical Effect of Self-Made Huotan Kaiqiao Prescription Combined With Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective
To explore the clinical effect of self-made Huotan Kaiqiao prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
Methods
A total of 84 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital were enrolled.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while study group was given self-made Huotan Kaiqiao prescription combined with acupuncture on basis of control group.The scores for TCM syndrome,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and Activity of Daily Living(ADL),levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin(ET-1)and von Willebrand factor(vWF),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results
After treatment,improvement of TCM syndrome,NIHSS,and MoCA scores in study group was better than that in control group(
P<
0.05),but no significant differences were found between the two groups in FMA and ADL scores(
P>
0.05).After treatment,level of serum NO was significantly increased in both groups,which was better in study group than control group(
P<
0.05),while levels of serum ET-1 and vWF were significantly decreased,which were better in study group than control group(
P<
0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group(7.14% vs 28.57%)(
P<
0.05).
Conclusion
The clinical effect of self-made Huotan Kaiqiao prescription combined with acupuncture is significant in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve neurological deficits,motor function,cognitive function,activities of daily living,and vascular endothelial function,with good safety.
